Susie is the best!!!!! My wife and I had a last minute decision to go to KeyWest (4 days). In a panic of not finding anything reasonable by myself within 10 miles of Duval St. I found Susie’s number, told her my situation and she got right on it. She called back with an excellent stay. Right in the heart of it all. Front St. just north of Duval at the Galleon Resort. It was definitely a perfect accommodation with a price you couldn’t beat. It made the whole trip. Thanks again Susie for your time and effort!!!! I will definitely be calling you next year but I will give us a little more time to plan it out. Hahaha. Cheers!!!!!!

I was recently a victim of a scam for a condo in Key West. After a couple of phone calls I was referred to Susie (Key West Key Inc.). I sent her a text explaining my situation. Within 2 minutes she responded, “I can help you”. Within a few hours, not only did she have a place for us to stay, but the property was absolutely wonderful. Just a very short walk to Mallory Square, Duvall Street etc. AND she did this during Boat Week. We had a front row view of the races. She turned what started to be a nightmare into a dream vacation. I want to say that she did this with a professional and caring attitude. She really was concerned about our wellbeing.
I find it difficult to express how much I appreciated her help. I ask that if you are heading to Key West, give her a call. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time to Key West and had no idea what to expect. Susie helped me find accommodations within walking distance of most of the major attractions. She even helped me with finding some activities and took the stress out of my trip so that I only had to worry about enjoying myself. Not only did she plan my honeymoon stay, but she also got me great deals at The Pier House Resort, and The Gardens Hotel. Both of which were incredible! As a native, she has inside information about where to get exactly what your looking for within your budget. She adds a personal touch that takes the stress of planning your trip away. Best part is, she charges you nothing! She also planned a trip to the dry tortugas for us which was incredible. She even checked in on me and my husband to ensure our trip was going as planned. 10/10 customer service from a genuinely lovely person! I owe my happy honeymoon to her guidance.

Amazing. Our planned trip to the Keys would have been not even as close as nice to the experience after working with Susie who found us a MUCH better place to stay at the same cost as our initial place. Key West was amazing mostly because of the resort and it’s location she found for us. Use Susie’s expertise if you are going to the Keys!

We have been to Key West 14 times in the last 21 years. The first two years we stayed in a chain hotel on Roosevelt drive, paying a king’s ransom, Susie has booked the last 12. You can call her, text her, email her, heck I even faced book messenger her while she was on vacation, in the middle of the night, and she has always came through. Don’t even waste your time trying to find a better deal with someone else.
