Rachel was prompt to answer our questions. She was thorough in her communication. She highly recommended the seaplane to the dry tortugas and was able to find two seats very last minute. It was the highlight of our trip. After we had returned home, she even followed up with a phone call to make sure we enjoyed our time on the island.
