From Day 1, Mrs. Kelley has been phenomenal!! She is very clear, concise, & detailed in communicating our travel information & any assistance we needed. She is very prompt in response. Even if we faced a challenge, she was immediately responsive & present to assist and support my family. We throughly enjoyed our Jamaica trip! Kellz Journey recently assisted me with the perfect short getaway to Vegas. This was my first time doing Vegas and everything was perfect! The Aria was so beautiful and our room was on the top floor! Waking up to our room view everyday was magical! Our room was so relaxing and it was very spacious. The hotel was perfectly centered to get to everything we took in and needed! For the cost we paid, I was very pleased and satisfied! I appreciated Yolanda's friendly and professional service to me all the way to the end! I have been singing her praises to everyone! Definitely will use her services again!

I want to say Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations with Awesome Customer Service and taking our last minute trip, turning it into a Beautiful experience! We gave our dates and destination and in no time Mrs.Yolanda had us set and ready to go. She responds to questions or concerns quickly and made sure we were completely satisfied. Whewww I don’t even know where to Start. Kellz Journeyz has been such a life saver. It doesn’t matter the location, she will ensure that you have the best stay! We have been to Mexico, Caribbean’s, Colorado, Las Vegas, and the list goes on. Yolanda makes sure we stay in the best locations with some of the best prices. She keeps in communication with you during your ENTIRE trip to make sure that everything is going as planned! She even stepped in once when our plane was delayed, picked up our children, and met us. That itself showed that Yolanda will go above and beyond for her clients! I just love that she’s always professional, respectful, and kind to her customers. It doesn’t matter the time or day, she’s always working; all you have to do is book, pay, show up, and have a good time! She’s such a genuine spirited person! I’m glad to have and refer her as my travel agent. Oh yea, she always gives incentives to her clients as well. I just KNOW that I’ll win next time during a drawing.
