Where do I even begin? First off, look no further because Kelly is your girl. Back in January right after I got engaged, I came across Kelly’s website. On her website is a chat box, I messaged her thinking I wouldn’t hear back since it was late at night. However, I got a response immediately. We then spoke on the phone that same night, I gave her all the details and she went right to work. Not to mention our wedding date was in 8 WEEKS. We had my wedding pretty much planned within 2-3 weeks that is how AMAZING Kelly is!

She is the most trustworthy, organized, thoughtful and sweetest person. I could call or text her anytime of the day. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. I am so grateful that our paths crossed, she will forever be a friend much love, Kelly!!

Being based in Austin, TX I knew no matter what, I would need someone in Colorado that I could trust to execute my unique and somewhat esoteric vision for our wedding day. I began to approach the task by looking at venues, but nothing had exactly what I wanted. Before signing the contract for a venue I wasn't completely sold on, I gave one last ask to see if anyone knew of this imaginary location I had envisioned in my mind. A mutual friend connected me with Kelly. When I explained what I was looking for, she jumped right in and told us about Eaton Ranch. Within minutes of texting her, she had already connected me with Mike Eaton, the owner of the ranch, and scheduled a call for me to learn more. I could tell immediately that she was the perfect person to bring our vision to life. Kelly kept us organized, let us think big and get crazy, and most importantly she made sure the only thing we had to do on our wedding day was show up. Kelly and I worked in tandem to bring the vision to life. A true testament to how incredible Kelly is was underscored by both my makeup artist, and photographer telling me I was the most relaxed bride they had ever worked with. Kelly made that possible. All I had to do on my wedding day was marry my best friend, have the time of my life, and I knew without a doubt that everything else would be taken care of. Kelly will always be an incredibly special person to me and my husband. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams.

We love working with Kelly and her team! From a vendor perspective she wants everyone to be set up for success. We have planning meetings beginning a year in advance and she wants to make sure that even our last planning call is efficient in finalizes every detail so that we walk into the event knowing down to the minute how the day is going to go. Her staff is a well oiled machine and are always able to answer questions with a smile! We love our events with Kelly and look forward to the next one!

Professional, caring, honest, and what every couple deserves for their wedding weekend. My main planner was Brittany and she helped me plan the entire weekend of events including a family BBQ, welcome reception and our beautiful wedding. She made it look easy. I can honestly say I miss interacting with her everyday and hearing Kellys contagious laugh in the background when I realized I didn’t choose petals for my flower girl, Britt was on it! I’m so happy that we found them, they made our weekend flawless which gave us the time to be in the moment with our friends and family.

From our initial conversation to the day of our wedding, Kelly was the glue behind the scenes holding it all together and ensuring that everything was seamless.
She has an incredible ability to understand a couple's vision and help to bring that fruition, all while being cognizant of budget. She is incredibly well respected around the Colorado area, and surrounds herself with beyond talented vendors. Everyone we worked with (photographer, florist, venue etc.), were recommended by Kelly and far exceeded our expectations.
Kelly and her team provided thoughtful feedback throughout the process - taking the lead where appropriate, and following our lead when that made sense.
The most challenging thing about planning a wedding are all the details in between. The logistics and coordination that happens behind the scene that are so critical to a seamless day. That's what Kelly and her team do best. Our band, who were from out of town (requiring lots of moving parts to get them to Vail), mentioned that Kelly was one of the very best they've ever worked with. She made it easy, and we felt the same.
