It was so amazing working with Keely & her team as the caterer for a beautiful wedding. Keely was thorough, professional, creative, and most importantly, safe. We knew her client's expectations from the beginning and throughout the process. On the big day for the couple, we were taken away by the design and decor. It was so breathtaking and so fun! The worst of the worst! My primary complaint is that these are the most unprofessional wedding planners you can use. They are a bunch of caddy immature women who do not know how to conduct themselves appropriately. They wasted my time and my energy and picked vendors that they have a "relationship" with that ended up being twice as expensive despite the Keely Thorne "discount." They highly discouraged me from going to vendors that I liked or had used in the past and basically berated me into choosing their vendors, which ultimately I did not like. They also sent me vendors that did not provide the services that they said they did. Time and money down the drain, especially if you do not stay on top of them. It is easy for someone to call every expensive vendor in the city to plan a party. But, in my opinion that is not why you hire a wedding planner. You hire a wedding planner because they know everyone, can get you good deals, and will suggest ideas that will put a creative twist on your party. But Keely Thorne throws only one type of party -- the "branded" event that photographs well, but is not my style in the end. I ended up confused and exhausted. In the end, after they had taken all the fun out of any planning and confused me to no end, I decided just not to have the party. I just needed someone to streamline the process, creatively put together a party and they created the biggest disaster known and a ton of internal discord among everyone involved. Do yourself a favor, and find a mature wedding planner who can help solve your problems, not create more! There are a ton out there that are really great!
