This is an older park but is kept up to at least a fair curbside appeal. It's got a beautiful view in a secluded location. I'm not sure what the rent is but the trailers are full. No broken down abandoned ones. My friend lives here and he likes it

I lived there for about 5 years it was really nice when Stan was our manager but when he passed the park went down. the maintenance was awesome that never changed. But they started letting a lot of Riff Raff in the park. I still have a few friends in there I visit once in awhile I always liked that the the lake I could see it from my front door. My grandkids used to come over and swim and that was a lot of fun.
