Krissy and her team took special care with every detail -- flights, rental cars, hotels, excursions, meals... all compacted into a personalized itinerary app that we could depend on without wifi.
I don't know how she did it, but inter-island flights were expertly planned (it never took more than 15 min to get through security!).
Experience at each hotel was incomparbale to any trip we have ever taken. Hotel checkins were seamless -- we always arrived at a time when no one was waiting to check in, and the staff took very special care of us. Plus we were upgraded at 3 out of 4 hotels and Krissy left personal notes/surprise gifts to welcome us on every leg of the trip.

I worked with Krissy to plan a quick anniversary trip to Italy with my husband. Having not traveled to Europe personally for 19 years I knew that I needed help with travel and accommodations.
