What can I say… I will be booking all future engagements with Kesha and the KB Travel Experience…. The entire experience was top tier from booking to vacation day. In traveling as a group it can often be difficult to keep logistics together… not in this case.. Kesha ensured proper communication was transparent throughout the group, planned social meet ups and even worked out birthday celebrations in the room and at dinner. Our trip to Cabo San Lucas was AMAZINGLY AWESOME! The experience of a lifetime. Our stay at The RIU Palace Baja California exceeded our expectations and we are anticipating the next time that we can visit the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable and the customer experience that the staff provides is one of a kind; but I can not fairly write this review without acknowledging the excellent customer service that Kesha consistently delivers. I appreciate that from the start of the booking process she is concerned about the things that concern me. Her attention to detail makes the difference. The flow of the trip from our departure to our arrival is such a smooth process just as Kesha reassured that it would be. I am delighted to have her as my travel expert!

We went the Dominican Republic to celebrate my 40th birthday, at the Royalton Chic resort .We all was diamond club members..It was my first international trip and I loved it. The resort was amazing.The drinks and food were amazing food. The nightlife was great. I had one of the swim rooms and is very intimate that was right in front of the ocean. this was one birthday. I would never forget and thank you Kesha Barnes for making it the most memorable for me……ps.. also, the excursions Was awesome ,we did a horseback riding the tour of City in Punta Cana ,zip line we ate at the restaurant and doom buggies
