Two stars because...I guess the stuff was booked? That was the only positive though. And one hotel thought we were Moroccan because of them! No offense to Moroccans.
We got an itinerary we liked after about two or three weeks, roughly eight months before our trip. We liked it, we got questions answered within a week of asking them. Then, everything changed when we put the deposit down.
They said we had a choice between "fully cancellable" flights and "completely unrebookable", but a quick google search found we could easily get the happy medium of flights that could be rescheduled for free, just not cancelled. Odd.
Responses to further questions took weeks. Multiple requests for follow-ups. I (not them) discovered a conflict showing we were supposed to go on a tour when we would be on a train. That took about a month to resolve. Excuses were the same. "Caught in the spam folder". "people who caught covid for their trip had to take priority". The first is a mistake you make once. I check my spam every day just in case, I don't know why they can't if they know the emails are regularly getting stuck there. And covid may make sense during the omicron wave, but it was an excuse for months. I had to call just to get some restaurant ideas, I didn't even bother trying to get help making reservations. Don't worry though: if it's time for you to give them more money, they'll be right on top of that!
Then we go on the trip and oh, they made that fun. We tried emailing a couple times, but after another "spam folder" excuse, they said we shouldn't contact them during the trip and should contact someone else. Cool, thanks for letting us know AFTER we leave! Also, I understand basics like we need to cover the taxi and food, but there were surprise charges they don't tell you about. The most egregious was that we would have to pay 250 euro for the cab rides between different cities. Our tour guide had no way to warn us of this since she wasn't allowed to contact us beforehand (why?) but she showed us emails saying that we had agreed to provide the cab (news to us!). And I'M STILL WAITING AFTER A MONTH TO HEAR BACK WHY A HOTEL SPRANG A SUDDEN TAX CHARGE ON US. That should've been covered by the money we gave them.
So run away. Plan a trip yourself. Use LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.
