Incredible meal. We come to Beaver Creek every couple of years and have never been to this spot. We will absolutely be back!
They were able to accommodate gluten allergies on almost all dishes by switching up components of the dish. Would absolutely recommend.

To me, Juniper is one of the best restaurants in the Avon/Edwards area. Food and services is top notch. We ordered the tuna poke, caesar salad, pork chop, halibut and carrot cake. Caesar salad is one of the best I have tasted. Pork chop was also cooked to perfection! However, the two orders of halibut were both cooked quite dry. My friends who live in the area mentioned that it's not the first time. With that information, I cannot give them a 5 star rating. I will still go back to Juniper in the future, but I would avoid the dry halibut.

delicious food and great service, perfect for a nice meal with loved ones to wrap up a long day on the slopes :). everything we tried was great! took our server’s recommendation for appetizers and grabbed the spanish octopus and scallops—both were cooked perfectly and had very well balanced flavors. for mains, you have to get the veal. out of the 6 in our group, we ALL ordered it and loved it. my only ask would be for a little bit more pasta, but only because it was so delicious and the veal pieces they give are MASSIVE!! finally, none of the desserts disappointed. we especially loved the sticky toffee pudding and the one apple dessert on the menu (can’t remember the name but it was warm and full of spices and just so, so delicious). what a great meal!

Vacationing in Avon and had dinner at Juniper. Wow - what a fantastic meal. What an incredibly surprise to find out that all entrees 50% off. Normally, we get a salad, appetizer, and entree and share b/w two people. Given the prices on the entrees, we decided to get two entrees and share both. We had the filet and the short ribs. Both were fantastic. But what made our meals special was the side dishes that accompanied both entrees. Really interesting combinations. Not the boring sides you get elsewhere. Had a fantastic blueberry tart for dessert. Great meal. Great service.

Decided to spend a quiet evening in Edwards to enjoy a nice dinner, and Juniper fit the agenda nicely. The atmosphere was bubbly, the service top notch, the fare and drinks excellent. From their summer menu I had the seafood fettuccine, which was a special dish recommended by the waitress. Homemade fettuccine in white sauce; with clams, mussels, shrimp, and scallops. The pork chop dish was also excellent. The Four Roses Manhattan instantly became my favorite so far as Manhattans go. Tip: The Royal Tokaju desert wine from Hungary is a must, and can be paired with any desert. If a restaurant has it, it is the stamp of a great place. Juniper is a must dine spot when staying in Vail.

The manager/host was very rude. He asked us
To step outside because my 10 months old daughter was having fun and being loud (not crying).
If you have problems with families having dinner at your establishment, you shouldn’t host families with kids.
I will not go back and I don’t recommend this restaurant to any family.

First service was great! Second when they say they are small portions they mean it. Expect to pay a lot for a little. The little was very good. $450 for 4 people and I wanted a snack when I got home.
