Ordered a pizza from here that was made with thin crust when we didn’t request it. GM was very racist and didn’t want to refund or remake this order. It was as if he knew that this pizza was made incorrectly because he knew exactly who I was, even told me he cut the pizza and didn’t see anything wrong! For a person to be a GM for two years at this chain you should have known your customer is always right! You should always make necessary changes to make your customer happy but this guy at this location, Scott refused. I’m not sure why he did it to our family on this night but I will saw every person of color isn’t the same, we don’t all look for FREE things or want hand outs! You simply could have remade this order or just refunded us. We were very disappointed and disgusted with the actions here at this location from Scott. Until an apology is issued we won’t visit any other JPH.

Scott. Your store can go from at-a- boy to oh crap in one visit. Came in Saturday 6 PM ordered for dine in. Finally about 640 order came out boxed to go barely warm because " we thought they were to go" from the ast manager. After such great service and a great pizza the last now this... Looks like this crew is just concentrating on take out

We always get the same order, 4 flips. They are all different and we ask that they are all marked. THEY ARE NEVER MARKED. Noone wants to eat food someone else has ravaged through. We have complained before but nothing ever happens. They should figure out a way to fix this issue since they know it is one. And the general manager only ever has excuses. No remedies. Y'all should do better.

Got delivery last night and they forgot my cheese. Not only did the driver return in about 5 minutes but a free order of cheese sticks. That's how to wow a customer and other places could learn a thing or two

Literally the worst johhnys possible I avoid this place at all cost I'll drive across town because I've given them multiple chances and they never ever get the order right. You can put extra extra extra extra extra cheese and you will see nothing but red sauce all over your pizza they never put the extra cheese and you pay 2.50$ for each time you put it. I prefer the one on 165 everytime! Theirs also always a 1-2hr wait time to get a pizza regardless if you call it in or order online you'll be waiting for another 45 minutes when you arrive. The employees are always just standing around talking to each other! Avoid this place at all cost! The absolute worst johhnys of the franchises!
