As soon as I walked in I smiled - it was like feeling the fun vibe of a video arcade while enjoying fun quirky decor like the pirate skeletons. The food was delicious and it was my first time trying raw oysters. Yum! Photos were cute too- Luca took some great ones so now we have proof of the uniquely fun time we had. Definitely coming back to Johnny Longboats the next time I am in the area!

Was recommended to go here by a local. The food and drinks I had were amazing ! I ordered the teriyaki chicken kabobs and the key lime pie martini. The tap water was good also (sometimes water at restaurants is nasty). The chicken did have a good amount of teriyaki sauce on it (which I like) but if you prefer less saucy make sure to specify.

I’ve been here several times and always had a great visit. I want to recognize some great employees. Sabrina, Kimmy and barback John took care of us the first time we came and then I brought my son twice. We had Jamie (pictured) as a server for dinner and Amy (pictured) for lunch the next day. We have enjoyed every meal and our service has been amazing every time! The atmosphere is everything! Lesly (pictured) was such an awesome manager. You can tell he takes pride in his staff and restaurant.

Love the atmosphere. Used to love this place. The food is subpar and the price are quite high. The bill didn’t match the price on menu (lots of them). Had to pay 3% card process fee. The waitress were nowhere to be found during the meal. Got us wrong refill twice because she was too busy to even ask. Had no regard to the customer whatsoever, very disappointed. Ordered watermelon, shrimp salad for 26$ thought it would be good. It was an odd weird taste. The shrimps were quite small. The watermelon were over cooked. It was runny, mushy weird taste. Anyway, I’m not hating this place, it’s just a bit let down from what I remembered. There are few restaurants on the block, maybe it’s time to give them a try.

Seating was strange. Put name in for 10. They contacted us once ready and brought us to a table with 9 chairs. Got the 10th chair but not silverware. They ran out. HOWEVER, the food and our server saved the day. He was funny, attentive, accommodating, and got everything right. The food was terrific and at an affordable price. Everyone was happy with the 9 different meals we ordered. We will go back every year.

A very extensive menu, you are sure to find what you’re looking for to eat. Service was good. Food was hot. Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoy their food. I ordered the couch chowder. It was OK. The decor is fun for kids and gives you some eye candy. Definitely worth your time and money.

Great open-air lunch spot to watch college football. We had the steamed clams, sushi and French dip. All were amazing! Loved the table side post card photographers. Nice touch to remember our vacation!

We went to breakfast on Sunday and it was so good we went back for lunch on Monday!
For breakfast we both had omelets … as you can see from the pictures, very generous portions and tasted delicious. We also had a side of bacon and a pancake, both were excellent. The Sunday vibe was set by Live Music with a saxophone player!
For lunch we started with the Hush Puppies with a Garlic Aoli …. INSANE how good they were. We’re entrées we had a Ruben Sandwich and the Blacken Cajun Chicken Sandwich … again, both were hearty and delicious! An overall great experience - the food and service - both first rate. A meal that you won’t regret going to for breakfast or lunch. We are excited next time we are in town to try them for dinner!
