Hampton Inn Manchester CT
Charged my credit card for stays not associated with me. One of the charges was in my name but has an address and Hilton honors number for someone else. The GM, Lindsey Struck, would not return my calls. The last communication I had, the hotel staff told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Hilton Honors representative looked at the hotel stays and knew there was a mistake, called the hotel and the hotel would not correct. the address on the bill was not mine, Hilton Honors number was not mine. I was in another state at another hotel... Over $900 of incorrect charges, and no help to resolve.
