Just when I thought I was going to have a bad day and it was until JLS saved the day! Ian is the man! Got to me when he said he would. Loaded my truck with care and expertise. Those three character traits are hard to come by in people these days. I had a pretty long tow and this company came through for me when nobody else would. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I did not secure the names of my drivers who assisted me today. Maybe they will have this review shared with them and learn of my gratitude. After waiting 8 hours for a previously dispatched AAA tow, I was refused service by the worst company ever...what a blessing in disguise to have gotten a call shortly after from Ian who was absolutely amazing!! Punctual, professional and even apologized for my horrible experience that he had nothing to do with. Anthony was super! We had a hard time getting the car started enough to back it up in order to get it on his towing truck. He was so helpful and continued to work with me in order to get the car started with his battery pack. He did a fantastic job getting the car on the truck. He took special care to get it on and off the truck especially since the car sits so low to the ground. I would highly recommend JLS Towing!

Anthony has towed my truck twice. I got fired and lost my wheel all in the same hour. Showed up within 10 minutes. He was really nice and made me feel better about the entire situation.
