They delivered a day early picked up the next afternoon. Clean and perfect! The young men that delivered and picked up were polite and super fast. I live in Leona Valley had to pay a small charge for delivery and pick up and because i lived on dirt they charged me a little extra but it was well worth it!!! I am ordering from them again!!!

Worst customer service ever. Rented a margarita machine which was nothing more than an industrial blender. Upon arrival, machine was dirty, cleaned it up, only to find out it would not work. This was 1 hour before my event. Strangely they showed up 1 hour into my event to pick up the machine which I never called them and told them too. I called on Monday and spoke with the owner and told her what happened and that I would like my $100 refund. She stated she was out of town that weekend and did not understand why her employee picked it up. I got my $30 deposit refund but not the balance of $70. So I disputed with my credit card company, they investigated I recently got a letter from CC company and refund will not be issued per merchant. Merchant lied to CC company on interview. Told them it was 2 margarita machine 1 day rent @ $35 each. One day at $100 was the initial quote to me. CC asked merchant if she agreed to a refund she stated no. Which another lie, she credited me my deposit and when I spoke with her on the balance she stated she would refund my money. She told the CC company that I agreed to a no-refunds policy, this was never discussed when I ordered. Then why did she refund my $30? Finally she stated to CC company that she is willing to work with me on this claim. I have called several times she knows my number and refuses to answer. Word to the wise do not use this company. I am pursuing alternative measures to ensure I get a complete refund from a company that has no integrity. In order to post I had to select one star, too bad they don't have negative stars.

I just had a party for my son April 29, 2017! Since the beginning they were very professional and extremely accomodating for my needs. The pricing is excellent, they customized a special package for what i wanted for the party. The lady who did the face painting was AMAZING! All of the staff was very nice, and professional. I appreciate their services, and will be calling them back for our next parties!!! I suggest you contact them for your party needs!

I was greatly pleased. Ordered a bouncer for my daughters birthday and Lindsey took care of all my needs and gave great customer service...even upgraded a bouncer for me free of charge when the one I wanted was unavailable. I would definitely use again.

Lindsey is amazing!
My wife and I have parties often and are always looking to have a great time (on a budget). When I googled a Party Rentals place near my home, they popped up. I called and spoke to Lindsey and she was very helpful and informative. I told her what we were looking for and she quickly emailed us a detailed quote. Even the delivery men were top notch, very professional and friendly. Needless to say they are now my go to party company.

So ecstatic about this company. They came to my needs last minute after another company cancelled on me and they exceeded my expectations. The jumper was very clean and the kids tables were perfect for the occasion. I will call this company first from here on out.

Jump, Jump Around Inflatables was great! They came at 7:00am in the morning to set up bounce houses for our Opening Day! They were professional, helpful and the price was great! We will definitely use them again! Lancaster Pony Baseball
