Do not use this company! They are careless and not a professional moving company. We bought a brand new refrigerator for our garage after our other one was destroyed in Helene. When word of Milton came and weather said we could again have 4-7 foot storm surge we hired this company. When they arrived they said our refrigerator would not fit in our inside steps, however that is how we moved all of our appliances up to the second floor including a refrigerator which was much larger than the one we we’re asking them to move. They took it up our front outside stairs and dented the front scraped the sides, and the front! We contacted the owner, Even though he was here And expected our new refrigerator to now be replaced because of the damage they had done. The owner is refusing to take any responsibility and refuses to pay for a new refrigerator. He states “it will make an excellent garage refrigerator”. We had another moving company Move the refrigerator back downstairs After the hurricane and They did not put any additional scratches or marks on the refrigerator because they used blankets to get it back down. In addition, they scraped and scratched my railings and staircase getting it up. I have consulted several people and everyone agrees that this company should replace our refrigerator with a new one and a company who states they are a “professional moving company” should clearly know how to move a refrigerator. Sadly, the owner lives in our community and is choosing to not pay for the mistake and mishandling of our refrigerator.

This was the first time we used Jimmy’s moving and storage service. We received our best price from Jimmy. This team of professional, polite, and very strong young men showed up at our house on time. They moved our 3000 sq ft home of furniture in 2 1/2 hours!! They had two very large trucks. The supervisor Buck conducted the moving of our furniture with great care. We needed overnight storage and they met us at the new house on time the next day. The new house has stairs and was more challenging but these guys know what they’re doing!! What a nice team!! I highly recommend this service!!!

We used Jimmy's moving company to move us from homosassa to 1 County away, they stole several expensive items from us, very upsetting as it was not only monetary it violated us and he is not will to do anything...... we will be filing a civil small claims....

BEWARE!! This is the worst company - they are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We hired them to help us move and store our furniture for 8 months. Everything we own was returned to us scratched/torn, broken or wet. We even had mold growing from water saturation. The owner could care less! Furthermore, they are not properly insured for storage!

Jimmy and his crew all worked very well together. The hands on movers took great initiative, careful with my property and took pride in their work. Very respectful and professional. I would hire this company again!!

Jimmy's crew was eager to finish packing my stuff. This included all of my costume jewelry and some emerald and diamond earrings THAT NEVER MADE IT TO MY NEW HOME! DO NOT trust some of his employees to pack any valuables.
They apparently don't know how to pack a "grandfather clock" as I have had to get it fixed.
Not all furniture was put back together as stated in the contract. Couches were not put together properly.
He gave me the lowest quote and it was a rush job that I would have paid more for, if it had been done properly!

We want to thank Jimmy and his crew for their wonderful service this past weekend. They were on time and very professional. We moved my mom to an assistant apartment facility and they were very polite to the residents there as they were moving things into my mom's apartment. Jimmy was very responsive with my questions and we couldn't have asked for more. =)
