Jillian is absolutely amazing and hiring her as my month of coordinator was hands down one of the best wedding decisions I ever made! She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, had so much patience with me as a hands on bride, and made sure I always felt supported! Once the month of kicked in she was all hands on deck, and I wished I had her as my full planner throughout the whole process! She worked beautifully with our vendors, always advocated for us, ensured we had everything we needed and everything we were promised. She made sure my vision was brought to life each step of the way, and did everything she could to handle anything that came up without me having to worry about it! She was always incredibly honest with me and made sure I was headed in the right direction. On the day of the wedding, she handled the inevitable family drama with ease. She handled things we did not even know were going on, intercepted them, made them right, and made sure it did not cause us any added stress. Every single person in our family and bridal party came up to my husband and I after the wedding and told us how much they loved her. We absolutely love her and could not recommend her more highly!! Jillian was an absolute pleasure and blessing to work with. By the time we met with Jillian, we were stressed, having wasted precious time with other planners. We were without a concrete plan for geographic location, venue, or timeline. Shortly after our first conversation, we realized we were in experienced and capable hands, and hired Jillian for full wedding planning services, in addition to some extra wedding weekend events.

Jillian’s familiar presence day of was exceptional, and the whole day ran smoothly. We were completely free of decision making and stress. She also did a great job balancing checking in, while allowing the appropriate space for us to enjoy precious moments as newlyweds. Wow...just WOW. Jillian is a one-of-a-kind, genuine, thorough, detail-oriented planner who brought our beautiful wedding to life. Everything went SO perfectly, and we can only thank Jillian for that. We held 2 ceremonies - a cultural and an American ceremony. I'm so grateful that she immediately immersed herself in our cultural traditions to understand every single detail of our nuanced ceremony. Both ceremonies were executed flawlessly!

Also, she not only put US at ease throughout this whole process, but our whole family fell in love with her as well. Our families had lots of questions for her on rehearsal day, and Jillian met each person in our family with respect, patience, and understanding. She never once showed any stress, which we so needed during a sometimes chaotic process! Also, her teammate Bianca was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful throughout our wedding day! Shoutout to her as well. 🙂
