Working with Jillian and her team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I don’t know what I would’ve done without them the day of. I was actually able to enjoy my morning and week preceding and not have to stress over the small things. From taking over communication with vendors a few months from the wedding to coordinating everyone during set up, they were literal rockstars. I highly recommend for anyone needing a Day of Coordinator for their wedding!!!!!

I can't say enough amazing things about Jillian and her team..she made our wedding weekend truly run as smooth as possible. I didn't have to worry about a thing because they were so on top of things, even when we had to rearrange most of our wedding day because of weather! They made our vision for all of our decor come to life. She was so professional, easy to communicate with and was so efficient with getting things done. I am so beyond happy we hired Jillian.

Jillian is an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I absolutely love her and could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. From managing multiple locations, logistics, and vendors, to being "everywhere and nowhere" on the day of our wedding, Jillian just knows how to run a successful and joyous event. Jillian is a ROCK STAR! She was everything we could have asked for and more in a wedding coordinator. She helped navigate us a COVID postponement and provided ideas and expectations for 2021 wedding season in such a professional and calming way. Her communication leading up to the wedding was so organized, she thought of every little detail and asked all the perfect questions to our vendors. The day of she handled every single detail and I got to be so present without worrying about any of the logistics / details. Exactly what you want as a bride. Eternally grateful to have had Jillian part of our wedding story! She's amazing at what she does and so passionate, a wonderful energy to add to your wedding day. 🙂

There's a reason Jillian only has 5 star reviews! She is by far the best in the business and made sure our wedding was a stress free celebration. She truly feels like an old friend from the moment you meet her and her level of organization is next level (and I say that as a very type A bride)! Jillian was very helpful with all of our vendors in the two months leading up to our wedding and resolved more than one snafu with calmness, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset. We truly could not have had the wedding day of our dreams without her and I'll never stop recommending her to anyone planning a wedding!

Jillian Jensen events is an absolute must if you’re planning a wedding in Colorado! Her and her entire team were absolutely incredible and professional. They went above and beyond every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough for helping our big day go perfectly! It was our absolute dream wedding and it wouldn’t have happened without all her help. Jillian even helped us work with all of our vendors to postpone our wedding with no extra charge. She did way more work than what we paid her for providing the ultimate value when everything else is so overpriced for weddings. Jillian was an absolute dream to work with and I am inspired by her organization, attention to detail, and level head. I am a tough bride and she handled me with grace and patience always. Jillian is a fantastic wedding coordinator and wonderful person! She was very communicative throughout the last couple months leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding we didn’t have a worry in the world. We showed up and everything went smoothly with Jillian leading it all.

We’re especially grateful that she volunteered to drive us to our hotel after the wedding when our scheduled taxi didn’t show up - certainly not within the scope of her services but hugely appreciated! We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
