I booked an event with them in Key West. The link to the event no longer works so I assumed they have canceled the event. I reached out to inquire about a refund and they ghosted me. I have had to file a fraud case with my bank. Be careful sending this duo money.

I have been asked by Evelyn to delete my review. I will edit my review to update that I reached out 3 weeks ago to request my refund. My comments were deleted. My messages were read and unanswered. It wasn't until I left this review that Evelyn reached out. It took over three weeks and a fraud report to do it but I did get my money back.

My family recently went to a vacation in Mexico. We used JetSetters Vacation as our agent and i have nothing negative to say. Evelyn took charge of all the minute details that i would never have thought about. She had us complete an excel sheet to schedule parks and restaurants that needed reservations and then made those reservations for us. She even sent us a list of “must haves” before we got to Mexico to make sure we would be well prepared for all of the activities we planned. I will definitely be going back to XCARET and will definitely be using Evelyn from JetSetters for all of my future trips! She is a wealth of knowledge and an amazing resource.
