Jennifer Lane Events took care of every single detail and exquisitely presented our event. We started with a few of our own ideas then Jennifer gave us all the perfect options. She’s genuine, enthusiastic, and efficiently arranges everything. Not only was our party a total blast, it was seamless in every way thanks to Jenn and her outstanding staff. Jennifer is a stickler for detail. She is extremely organized. Her communication was excellent; from pre-planning, weeks leading up to the wedding day, the rehearsal and of course, the Wedding Day!

She worked tirelessly to coordinate with all of our vendors. Jennifer and her awesome team were always on time and ahead of schedule. One thing that truly impressed me about Jennifer Lane was her willingness to clean-up the event venue immediately and even help remove articles, items and trash. That simple act was amazing and a clear demonstration of her work product.

The day of the wedding brought a few unplanned changes and some wind..... Jennifer worked around these issues like the pro she is. She made Jocelyn and Drew's wedding a day to remember.

I had a 10-year anniversary party on a tight budget at a rooftop restaurant in Downtown Denver. I was only given a portion the rooftop, so I reached out to Jennifer Lane to help make that section feel very exclusive and special. She understood the exact look I was going for, and she created beautiful and dramatic crystal curtain separators that were lit up with led lights. My party in the corner of the rooftop suddenly looked glamorous and very VIP. And she did all this at an amazing price!

But what really stood out was Jennifer’s professionalism and hard work! When I paid her for the room separators, I figured I wouldn’t talk to her again until the night of the party. But she was there along the way to help me out. She even contacted the banquet manager of my venue on multiple occasions to make sure the details of my party were perfect, from DJ scheduling to the arrangement of the furniture on the patio! Then when the party started, she was there the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. Any time I looked around for a server or bartender, Jennifer was there to ask me how she could help me.

Jennifer was hired to make my portion of the patio look special and VIP, and she exceeded my expectations there. She went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process and made sure that that party was a blast! I wouldn’t try to throw a party again without Jennifer Lane and her awesome staff!

Jennifer Lane Events was awesome to work with, I didn't have a clue how to pull an event like this off. They listened to our desires for our staff and resident appreciation event and gave us lots of options and pricing to choose from so we could stay within our desired budget for our Casino theme.

On the day of she and her team arrived shortly after lunch to set up the event and turn the dinning hall into a casino and stage for the entertainers. She and her team made sure that everyone had a great time with an Elvis Impersonator, casino games, and a magician. At the end of the night they cleaned everything up and helped get the dinning hall back together for breakfast for the residents.

Jennifer and her whole team made the event easy and fun so everyone could enjoy.

Jennifer and her team are simply amazing. We got in touch with Jennifer 18 months prior to our wedding day. And she started immediately with planning out and looking into what WE wanted for our special day. She was easy to work with. Gave us the attention when we were on her time. She of course, had many other clients, but were always priority when it came to our wedding planning. Her resources seemed endless. Numerous contacts and her expertise shined in this arena. I was re-assured from her time after time, she would take the reins and would have no worries come our special day. And if we did encounter problems, she would take point and deal with it, while my fiancé' and I would just focus on having fun and enjoying ourselves with our family, friends and guests. I would HIGHLY encourage anyone looking to plan a wedding to have total faith in Jennifer. She is the best. It is my understanding she does all sorts of events as well. I cannot speak for those, but when it comes to planning a "custom" wedding, she is top quality, 5 star and simply easy to work with. To have a wedding planner easy to get along with, listen to every "want" you desire and to accomplish miracles...........again I can't say it enough. Whatever you do, do not book with this vendor. We had Jennifer Lane Events handle our company holiday party and the feedback from our Co-Founders and employees was all the same; cheaply done, poor food and over all terribly managed. When we initially booked with her what she presented sounded great. As soon as the contact was signed Jennifer Lane Events was extremely difficult to get a hold of, and everything was down hill after that. Jennifer Lane Events took weeks to respond to email, phone calls. Much of what was in our contact wasn’t adhered to. The food was not good and presented in a pot luck fashion vs a professional caterer. We had a casino night for our employees (which we’ve done before with a high quality company) and we were expecting real casino tables. What showed up were cheap foldable card tables with cheap felt laid over them to slightly resemble a game. Most the dealers didn’t understand the games and had to have our employees walk them through things. They didn’t show up with enough chips and poorly managed how chips were given out.
We’ve reached out to Jennifer Lane Events regarding our concerns and all that comes back is combative comments that claim zero responsibility. I’m sorry but when a company holiday party of 100 people and 90% of the feedback is poor for this experience, something went wrong. Jennifer Lane Events will tell you to give them a break because they are a small business. Well
save yourself the headache and the money. Go somewhere else.

Jennifer planned my wedding (which was only 3 months away at the time) and it was wonderful! She really took the time to think of every detail that needed to be implemented into my big day, and she worked tirelessly to communicate with all of our vendors about deadlines and processes that needed to get completed. Planning a wedding in a year, let alone 3 months is no easy task- but she made me feel calm and relaxed the entire time! Thank you for all of your hard work and humor that got me through the most memorable time of my life!
