Hands down you have to use Jen Mitchell Travel. She handled everything for our trip to Italy in Sept. We called her on a Mon and told her we wanted to fly out that Sun. and she pulled off a top notch first class trip with no detail left out. She has deep connections in the industry and it shows. Even got us into one of the top hotels in Venice during the film festival. She works magic and you have absolutely got to talk with her about planning your trip. Jen provided excellent options for our recent trip to Barcelona and Lisbon.
We had a cruise booked that took us from Barcelona to Lisbon, but did not have plans for our days in those cities. We prefer to have local guides show us the city and their favorite spots. The Majestic Hotel in Barcelona was a perfect choice, great location and staff. The guide and driver were professional. The local guide in Lisbon was excellent. We had a walking tour scheduled with a stop for lunch that included sampling all of the local flavors. The next day we had a private lunch and wine tasting at Dona Maria Winery. It was a truly uniques experience to lunch with the owner of the estate and hear the story and history of the magnificent property. I would highly recommend Jen and her staff with your next vacation.

We couldn’t have found a better travel agent to schedule our 20th anniversary trip than Jen Mitchell! It was everything we wanted and more. Jen was able to get us fabulous rooms with the most amazing beach/water views, restaurant suggestions and local activities/sight seeing. Our entire week went by without a hitch because of her ability to listen, her attention to detail and vast knowledge of our destination. This was our 1st time using Jen as a travel consultant and I think she is fantastic. When I first spoke with Jen she asked me my wants, needs and desires about our trip and that was probably the hardest part which was the decision process of what we wanted out of the trip. Once the decisions were made, Jen worked her magic and reserved everything for us.

Traveling is difficult and we ran into some unexpected circumstances and Jen took care of all of the issues that occurred such as our plane being cancelled with the natural chain reaction of being delayed and making alternative arrangements.

Jen & I will be working on our next vacation and looking forward to working with her. I highly recommend working with Jen if you want a specialist who gives you a detailed outline of your daily schedule and stays in touch with you while your traveling out of the country.

Jen is a fantastic travel agent! She is a very good listener and does a good job catering vacations to her clients dreams and wishes. She also has a travel showcase where we have spoken with representatives of cruise lines and tour companies, which has given us more dreams that we hope to turn into reality!
