This review is long overdue, but Jen was absolutely INCREDIBLE! As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning a wedding from afar, but Jen handled everything flawlessly. Finding someone reliable seemed daunting, but from our very first phone call, Jen put me completely at ease. She was incredibly responsive, even with the time difference, and stayed on top of every detail.

Even now, over a year later, I still receive compliments on how seamlessly coordinated our wedding was. Jen truly is the best—you can’t go wrong with her!

We could not have done this on our own and Jennifer was instrumental in helping us plan and execute our dream wedding! She worked with us for over a year guiding us every step of the way with help from organizational documents and vendor recommendations and discounts. She has a great team working for her who we trust wholeheartedly. The day-of ran smoothly without a hitch and her included decorations were gorgeous and saved us a lot of money. You have a great planner with Jennifer and team. They are highly recommended and you will not regret hiring them.

I hired Janova Events for their day of coordinator services for my wedding in March 2021. My main point of contact throughout my wedding process was Jenn. Looking back, I wish I had found her earlier in my wedding planning process. She really helped keep me sane in the month leading up to my wedding. She responded to every text and frantic call I had with patience and professionalism. Her knowledge of various resources I could use to make my day great was also very helpful. The weather appeared it would not cooperate the day of my wedding and Jenn helped us locate and secure a last minute massive tent with setup and breakdown services. Hiring Janova Events also gave me access to various decor to use within my wedding. One of my most memorable things worth mentioning with Jenn is how kind she is and how she goes above and beyond for her brides. As I mentioned earlier, the weather appeared it was going to pour all day the day of my wedding. When we were going over last minute details a few days prior, it was noted I would not have enough tent space for the caricature I had hired. I was running short on time and in a full blown panic. This was one tiny detail, but something that mattered to me. Jenn offered to run to the store and pick up a 10x10 tent for us. The first couple of stores actually ended up being out of stock, but she did not give up. She eventually found a tent and even ordered a couple of clear umbrellas for the wedding party in case it rained during the ceremony. I didnt even think of how ugly the huge colorful golf umbrellas I had would taint our wedding photos, but Jenn did. Having the assistance of this team on my day was truly a blessing. Attached are some photos of the beautiful work they did setting up. They also broke down everything before they went home and made sure all my gifts were brought inside before the end of the night.

We could have never curated our wedding without Jenn! We were living in a different state and having Jenn direct and orchestrate the events for the day took so much stress off our plate. Even the day of the wedding we forgot to pick up our cake and desserts, but Jenn saved the day by going to grab them for us a few hours before our ceremony. Hiring Jenn for our special day was by far one of the best decisions we made.

Hire Janova Events. Jenn was an absolute godsend to our event. I know virtually nothing about planning an event, and Jenn was out in the trenches with me coordinating all the small details I surly would have missed. We got on biweekly calls to discuss everything that needed to be completed and she’d give me “homework” to get done before our next call. These tasks broken up into manageable pieces were exactly what I needed to maintain sanity. Also, Jenn’s eye for design and color is incredible. I had no idea what napkin fold to choose, because frankly who cares? Well Jenn does, and her choice looked stunning. Also, uplighting? Who knows what color to choose? I sure didn’t. Jenn did. The blush she chose day of looked beautiful with our decor. She is the reason our event went as seamlessly as it did. If I could hire her 10 more times, I would. She made everything about the wedding experience easy, breezy, and beautiful. THANK YOU JENN!!!

Jenn and her team are AMAZING. I am so thankful for all of their help and support. She gave me countless support and guidance leading towards the big day and never made me feel stupid when asking any and all questions about what to expect regarding the decor, timeline, theme or anything at all. The decor was beautiful and we received so many compliments on how our venue looked. I really appreciate the constant communication, whether it was via text or email, Jenn was great to remind me what questions to ask the vendors regarding what to expect, things to remind them or to look for in our existing contracts which really was a great thing for me. Planning and replanning the wedding (replanning because of Covid postponement) it was great that she gave gentle reminders of things I may not had been thinking of.
Truly, greatful and thankful for all of Jenn and her teams hard work. I miss that day, I loved and enjoyed myself that day. And I truly have her and her team to thank for it. Thank you for making our wedding, stress free for myself and my family.

Jenn helped me plan my wedding in six months and everything came together wonderfully. Due to the time crunch, we didn’t have much time to search for other vendors, etc so we took Jenn’s recommendations and went with it… and so glad we did! Jenn has great connections in the industry and every company she suggested was top notch. I’ll have to update my review with pictures once I have them in.. but Jenn and her team did a great job setting everything up and coordinating day off. If anything went wrong I had no idea. It was the perfect no stress day. Thanks again Jenn!
