Well, I was going to gove 5 stars because the soda does not taste like mold anymore and the people were nice tonight; except I paid extra for lettuce($0.30) to be put on my chicken sandwich, plus special sauce and pickles. It was as plain as you wanna be.

My wife and I always like to hit Jack's in our travels as it is consistantly good. This location in Tallassee Al always misses the mark. This is our final visit. Arrived at 11 AM when everything should be fresh. I know mine was made fresh as it was with no mayo. I don't know how anybody having pride in their product could have wrapped this and served it. We both got the Big Jack's combo. The meat did not seem to have the Jack's seasoning on it. The trimmings were fresh. However both my wife and my hamburger buns were crispy. Yes crispy. We could hear a crunch with each bite. The fries were soft. We would have returned it however it was through the drive through and we were too far down the road. We will continue to love Jack's but after several tries we will never return to this location.

My experience at Jack's in Tallassee, Alabama was utterly disappointing. The customer service was shockingly bad. On multiple visits, I stood around in the dining area for over 20 minutes without anyone bothering to even acknowledge my presence or take my order. They were not bust during the times of my visits. It felt like I was invisible. After waiting endlessly, I gave up and left empty-handed, vowing never to set foot in that establishment again. If you enjoy feeling ignored and wasting your time, this is the perfect place for you.

Just went to jacks in tallassee got three different biscuits Togo biscuits was so hard couldn't even eat them terrible very disappointed
