We had an absolutely amazing time on the Jack Daniels distillery tour, and it was all thanks to our fantastic guide, Anthony! From start to finish, Anthony made the entire experience unforgettable. His deep knowledge of the distillery's history and the whiskey-making process was impressive, but it was his passion and storytelling that really brought everything to life. He answered every question with enthusiasm and kept us entertained with fascinating anecdotes.

The distillery itself is incredibly picturesque, nestled in the charming town of Lynchburg, offering stunning views and a true sense of history. Even if you're not a whiskey drinker (or don't drink at all), this tour is a must! Easily accessible using Google Maps, plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The facility was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. Restrooms were available and also clean.

There is quite a bit to see, there is a fee for the tour, but for the Jack Daniels fan, it's well worth it. The grounds are very nice and there is a pathway and foot bridge to the adjacent shopping area.

If you happen to be A Squire, there is also a visitor building with some great collectibles on display as well as some really nice Squire articles for sale.

So, a Jack Daniels fan or just interested in seeing one of the premier Distilleries, in my opinion it's a must visit.

A great experience, the tour guide is was a generational employee with a family history of making whiskey. Very informative, good tasting, and the store had distillery series of bottles that are only sold their. Pretty cool experience.

Sean D was our guide for the tour. We enjoyed his humor as well as his information.
Hubby felt the tour was long, but that was because some people were slower in their picture taking and held us up a bit longer. Otherwise, the tour was quite informative and enjoyable.
We would recommend doing this if you haven't had the liquor as you will learn why each level tastes differently.

Visiting the Jack Daniel Distillery was a fun and educational experience. The tour offered a great insight into whiskey making in an engaging way. Conveniently, a bus takes you from the parking area to the distillery center covering downtown of Lynchburg. I recommend booking the tour online in advance for a smoother experience. The tour itself was excellent, with a knowledgeable guide who explained everything really well. The tour ended with a whiskey tasting session, which was a perfect conclusion to a fun day.

Had an amazing experience at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery tour! Our guide, Anthony, was fantastic—he’s a great storyteller and kept everything moving with a fun, lighthearted vibe. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything during the tasting. The grounds were also beautifully kept, adding to the overall charm of the experience. And don’t miss the Jack and Coke slushy—it’s a must-try! Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

What a great and educational experience. The young lady, H.G., was entertaining and informative and was more like a host than a tour guide. The staff inside the visitor center were friendly, helpful, and made you feel appreciated. Even if you are not someone who drinks, I highly recommend visiting the Jack Daniel's Distillery and Visitors Center as well as taking the tour. One last thing, there is onsite security provided by Walden Security. Even their personnel were friendly and approachable. My visit was an all around great experience.

Great tour full of history and fun! Worth the drive! Hannah Grace was an excellent tour guide… enjoyed her style and spunk! This was my second visit and loved it just as much. Some walking, but beautiful landscape and well shaded. Loved the slushie option - cool and yummy!
