I went to Paseo in December 2018. What a gorgeous, clean, perfect, amazing get away! Absolutely safe, beautiful and special!
Honestly I never expected such a fancy place! Incredible pool area that we loved,. Walking distance to a cool farm sanctuary. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. I'll never forget this vacation. Highly recommended!

Booked on airbnb, "florida costal vacations rentals "iTrip"

"Lovers key resort"
ITrip Bonita Springs

Unit 1003

Locked out for 4.5 hours, 2 seperate locksmiths called. Poor 2 year old child stuck outside and forced to drive 45 minutes to purchase medication that was "locked in the unit" because the owner messed with the digital lock against iTrips TOS.

I met the owner while atempting to enter the unit we rented for 3 nights, he was under the impression we were leaving today (we're booked until tomorrow) he said I have friends comming tomorrow your lock may not work I didn't know anyone was here.

After this encounter we tried his "master code" which didn't work and we had to call the airbnb host iTrip.

Once we got back in we left to salvage the only day I was off work and when we came back half of the unit had no power.

We reported this to airbnb and to the host, recieved 1 text about the internet being out and that was it.

There is no power in the bedroom, bathroom or internet. 1 bedroom unit.

Had a lovely stay, but after checkout, iTrip (Florida Coastal Vacation Rentals) tried to take advantage of my elderly parents by charging them “damages” on the kitchen cabinets that were “automatically” charged by the cleaners. Cheap management, cheap tricks.
