My Umrah journey with iTravelbest was an enlightening and deeply spiritual experience. I'm so glad I trusted iTravelbest with my Umrah travel arrangements. Being my first time, I had no clue on logistics or what to expect traveling to Saudi Arabia for the first time as a family of 4 with little kids. Shuja bhai made me feel like I was part of his family, he explained all the rules surrounding Umrah, from travel to rituals. We were also accompanied by Imams from our masajid, Imam Abdul Rahman Bashir and Imam Arsalan Haque and they organized dedicated classes to explain various parts of the precious journey and how to prepare for it. Once we got to the airport, Shuja bhai guided us through check-in, layover in Dubai and transportation from Madina to the hotel once we reached Saudi Arabia. Shuja bhai and iTRAVELBEST organized everything from the handling of the room keys to transportation to Ziyaraat, Madina to Makkah, and all logistics surrounding it. We also had the privilege to have Shaykh Haseeb Noor who gave us tours around Madina and Makkah. Communication was consistent throughout and iTRAVELBEST had a printed itinerary for all days with instructions. They provided us with bright orange drawstring bags that was a must for bottle and shoes and made it easy for us to identify our group members in large crowds. I have recommended iTRAVELBEST to my friends and family for future Umrah trips and recommend them to anyone planning their first or tenth Umrah to Saudi Arabia, traveling in a group is a huge plus and you make great friends along the way.

Alhamdulillah, this was the best travel and Umrah experience I have ever had. I performed Umrah for the first time with my 8-year-old daughter, and this was my first time traveling with her alone internationally. It was also a great blessing to travel alongside my former colleague, Imam Abdul Rahman Bashir from Allen Masjid, and my former boss, Shaykh Arsalan Haque from IACC Taqwa Seminary. Their balance of guidance and connection to Allah (ﷻ) and His Messenger (ﷺ) added immeasurable value to the journey.

Coordinating the needs of diverse individuals and customized itineraries is no small feat, yet the iTravel Best team did so with grace, excellent manners, and a genuine commitment to service. Their Adab and Khidmah are rare to find.

May Allah (ﷻ) bless Brother Shuja, Sister Tarana, Brother Adib, and their entire family. May He protect them and allow them to continue serving His guests. Five Stars and our heartfelt gratitude to iTravelBest team for making the 2024 Thanksgiving break Umrah trip a truly  memorable experience. Couldn't have asked for more!

This was the very first Umrah for my husband, two teenage kids & myself and iTravelBest took care of all aspects of the trip, right from Visas to accommodations, Air/ground travel, Umrah orientation sessions with the Imams, and much more.

In addition to planning & arranging travel/stay in Medina & Mecca, the group events/bus tours/walking tours/ziyarat etc were built into the programme which made it equally exciting & engaging for kids.

JazhakumAllahu Khairan to Shaykh Arsalan Haque(IACC masjid) and Imam Abdul Rahman Bashir (Allen Masjid) for the orientation sessions prior to the trip which was extremely valuable for first timers like us AND for the guidance throughout the trip plus sharing the seerah of Prophet Mohammed s.a.w along the way, thereby bringing the historic events to life. The walking tours with Shaykh Hasib Noor was equally engaging & informative.

So Umrah and Hajj travels as we all know are much beyond just travel. There are so many other value added services needed. Access, availability, and response time of the agent are of prime importance as these are the reasons why we choose travel agent over self directed travel purchases. Brother Shuja Shafi and his travel agency has become my first and quite frankly only choice for Umrah travel booking for few simple reasons:
1. They are friendly and always available
2. They find solution to my needs (sometimes I need comfort, sometimes budget and sometime adventurous and highly custom travel solutions for instance going to Taif or Badr along Umrah etc. they fulfill all these needs and are very humble as well.
