We had a trip booked through Island Dreams on Anna Maria Island for October 14-19th 2024. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene had other ides. Alex and his team communicated in advance of the storm and let us know that they would be in touch. The storm hit and Bradenton Beach was destroyed. Alex let us know as soon as they were allowed back on the island and able to assess the damage that the area and our rental were not in good shape. They immediately canceled our reservation and fully refunded our money. We are praying for AMI and will definitely book with Island Dreams once AMI recovers. Alex has managed our home for several years. We can't say enough good about him. He responds to our calls, texts and emails as fast as humanly possible.

They are very responsive! The property is well maintained and immaculate. The homes are quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Planning another stay soon, the location is very accessible to all beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with my experience with this establishment. Booked a house in Anna Maria Island in June 2023. Our air conditioning was not working for THREE days of our stay. MISERABLE. One day the water just stopped working altogether. Another day, a frog somehow found its way into the house and was crawling around on the ceiling. Also had a SNAKE in the pool. Reported our feelings to the manager and was offered a very MINISCULE refund that didn't even amount to half of one night. Needless to say, we will NEVER do business with these folks ever again. Steer clear of these folks if you want to have a relaxing vacation in Anna Maria Island. Plenty of other places to choose from!!!

We liked everything about this business! It was a wonderful experience for our first-time house rental! The property itself was great, the whole process was easy, there was the right amount of communication beforehand, and Alex was quick to respond when we needed his help while we were there.
