This place is a joke. People have to keep there doors and windows close for safety reasons but yet got drug deals going on in the parking lot weekly. Can't even let my kids play outside they tell me to go to the side walk which is right next to blanding. Mean while nothing gets fixed around here. And I had to bomb the room. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone with children. You will not be happy.

I would like to give a special shout out the Property Manager, Mike and the Maid Service Manager, Carrie.

Not only have they gone above and beyond to meet our needs but they have always taken care of the property and it’s guests. They do everything they can to keep the property clean and up to date, they care about their guests and their jobs. We’ve been here for about 8months now and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received!!

Location is amazing! But I've stayed in 4 different rooms there and the bathroom doors do NOT SHUT.

You can't smoke outside your door/ over balcony. They "PREFER YOU GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK OF THE HOTEL V DOWNSTAIRS TO THEIR "SMOKING AREA"

Excellent hotel staff, very friendly and accommodating!

The rooms are clean, well-lighted, and furnished to make an extended visit easy and comfortable. The location is a bonus, as there are several fast food restaurants, a Publix grocery, ABC liquor, UPS, and many more stores adjacent.

I've been here for seven weeks and plan to stay for several more... the place is perfect for my needs, and the management and staff guarantee I'll choose InTown Suits in the future.

I like the location, due to the availability of grocery, clothing, and restaurants. That being said I feel like it is in a bit of a bad-ish part of town. The rooms are decent, would be better if there was an oven available, few cockroaches seen but not infested which is cool. There are lots of spiders though, not in the rooms just around the balconies and stairways. The people at the front are very kind and make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay.

My wife and I stayed there while I was working in the area. The front desk staff, Katrina, Carlos, and Michael were nice and friendly. But our room wasn’t cleaned for a total of 7 weeks all together divided into two occasions. And when the room was supposedly cleaned; ONLY the bed was made. The floors were cleaned and vacuumed only once the whole four months we stayed there. The bathroom was only cleaned when we complained. We also realized that some of our kitchen aide containers were stolen out of our room the day we were leaving because the once we purchased in packs of 3s only had one of each left. We didn’t even report that because nothing seems to get corrected when you complained about the housekeeping staff anyway. Whenever there was an issue that had to be addressed, the front desk staff had to take care of it because the housekeepers wouldn’t even show up to work most of the time. The cable service that we paid for, 60% of the channels didn’t work until the cable company came 2 1/2 months after being there and even then most of them stopped working after 6 days. The maintenance guy did the best he could being that he was the ONLY one. And the annoying teenager in room 112 that likes to knock on guests door and ride off on his little motorized bicycle.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until corporate decides to invest money on quality workers to maintain the property to the level that they advertise.

Mike the manager is top notch. Always friendly and really cares about the guests. He is people savvy and quite frankly deserves better. The room I stayed in was clean, and well kept. The housekeeping staff Katrina was very nice and courteous and always cleaned my room good. Only met the maintenance man once but he seemed nice. The only drawback is the night time attendant.. I smoke and refuse to smoke where I dwell so I stepped out for a minute to smoke. The property attendant which said his name is i believe is Eric told me that I had to keep moving and it was okay this time to stand out here but that he runs the place so it doesn't look like there's a lot of loitering well instead of arguing with him and by the way he does not wear anything that has Intown Suites shown nor does he have a name tag on that says who he is, but that's besides the point. However I came out a while again to have another cigarette and it was like he was watching me from afar and then he said I already told you once we don't allow loitering well hate to say but smoking outside a room I paid 300 plus dollars for to stay in is not loitering.. My overall stay was good, but next time I might go pay a little more and have more freedom, but all in all I would recommend this place for others to stay at!
