I was a tenant at Spring Manor Apartments owned by Intervest for five years! I lived on the edge because the manager of the complex had so many rules that she created herself, she always lied on Intervest, the rules did not apply to all tenants! Her friends could do whatever, she always screened your guest! She did not give me or my daughter our deposits back! She lease those apartments to whoever she wants to. She told my sister that she could have apartment 4 after driving three hours for her appointment she was told by the manager the owner said not to rent any apartments! She treated her rude and told her to go and sleep at the truck stop in Jackson, MS! I would not recommend anyone to stay there! She comes off as nice but in actuality she is rude!!! Several tenants have threatened to whip her and whenever she is not on site she have her friends watching and reporting back to her! The worst place as far as management I have ever lived!!!

I lived at Gardner Estates owned by intervest. The apartment was terrible, every floor was angled a different way because of foundation issues, and I found out there was a cockroach infestation right after moving in. Just 4 months after moving in my plumbing stopped working, the foundation got so bad it broke the pipes under the floor. They told me I had to move out. So in 5 months I moved twice which is incredibly expensive..and they won't even give me my deposit back!!! Greedy, unprofessional company.

Ive had nothing but problems in my apartment in wakefield kansas.ive let the so called manager rachel know to many times.im giving my written 30 day notice to vacate.this place is so bad it killed my famous cat.now its made my new cat sick.ive got toilet seat ductaped on,so i dont fall.theres a whole lot more.ive only been here since last of march.so ,yes im breaking lease.my lawyers already know incase theres a problem.ive got lots of pictures and stuff.even sprang my ankle and foot cause floor coming up and you trip.list goes on.ill need my deposit back ,too,not keep it like you do to others.forgot also i had no fridge that worked for a month and half.rachel even knew it didnt work and still put it here.we were told no money going to be given to take care of this place.thats ok,because im leaving,even if i have to stay in my truck awhile.
