Trip to St. Andrews Scotland to attend a wedding. All the arrangements made by Kim Shankland worked excellently. She relieved me of finding hotels, researching train schedules, and a multitude of other planning chores. Her best value-added was two walking tours, one in St. Andrews and one in Stirling. I would not have arranged private transportation, but she did and our two experiences were exceptional.

Kim at Integrity Destinations handled our trip plans to Spain and France with expertise and professionalism. Along with her European partners Titanium Tours, almost everything went smoothly. When we had an issue with a hotel, Titanium took care of it to our satisfaction and the hotel comped us chocolate, fruit, and wine as an apology. Kim did the hard work of getting flights scheduled impeccably. We loved how well we were treated by Lufthansa! The hotels were clean, quiet, comfortable and secure. Four of our five tour guides (Mercedes in Barcelona, Maria in San Sebastian, Zdravko at the Louvre, and our Touristica guy (can't find his name) at the Eiffel tower were exceptional. The guide at Versailles was not so great. We had a wonderful time, Kim did pretty well to give us what we wanted within our budget.

I have booked two trips so far with this agency and they were excellent! One was a road trip to Four Corners and the other was a UK Vacay including London and Scotland. I couldn't be happier! I worked with Kim and Megan and they listened to my wants and needs while adding great suggestions of their own to put together perfect packages for me. My favorite part of the UK trip: Kim put me in a special group that actually goes INTO Stonehenge! It was beyond amazing ❤

This Alaskan cruise was an amazing adventure that we will never forget. Working with Integrity Destinations made all of the "work" a breeze. Kim took care of all of the arrangements and made the trip so relaxing and enjoyable. We visited Ketchikan, Icy Straight, and Juneau aboard Royal Carribean cruise line. The excursions were incredible experiences. Wilderness walk and Crab bake, Whale watching and best of all a seaplane trip over glaciers with a 2 hour stop at Taku Lodge for a salmon bake overlooking a glacier only 2 miles away. There were beautiful hikes to awe inspiring waterfalls and the most breathtaking views. We will definitely work with Integrity for more trips in the future!!!
