Been with them for years, and for nearly that long they email me constantly about updating availability on the cal which I spent many hours trying to do, but cant, and the email threatens could be up for fees. I contacted their support but they seem to only do auto messages... so its still like that.. all my properties happily working on other OTS's

The most RIDICULOUS service in the world. Should be named Instant crazyness inducing Service.

Been months now that they SPAM our email, every day with multiple emails. Been months that i send emails to their customer service requesting to remove our email from their lists, NOTHING. Absolutely nothing, no answer... NOTHING.

I wonder who is going to trust tu such a "company" and how it's possible they are still in business... if they still are of course.

I had never even heard of this company before and they charged my bank account $284.17. The complaint wasn't handled satisfactorily. Nor did I ever say that it was handled satisfactorily. I have stayed at a lot of hostels in my life. Some are good and some give people problems. Every hostel acts as if they are perfect little places and we should instantly give them 5 star ratings. Nothing with Instant World Booking has been resolved. They are thieves who gave the money back that they stole from my account and acted as if it where a huge mistake. The Instant World Booking company is rated as a C+ company with the Better Business Bureau. The Instant World Booking Facebook page is filled with complaints. Everywhere that I have looked it has been complaints with Instant World Booking. They have 75,000 likes on Facebook but likes can be purchased, just like Instagram followers. I initially treated the entire incident as if it where just a mistake. But judging how they have handled it has changed my mind considerably.

IWB as Instant World Booking was a perfect solution for when we wanted to set up a " direct with hotel booking engine" for our small chain of hotel/ hostel properties. IWB enabled us to offer our guest discounted rates we could not offer on other sites. Great team work

Very mediocre company. I was charged for a fee which I do not remember for what it was. I called them hundred times and emailed them twice and they never bothered to come back to me. The company's recording recommends either to leave a message or email but the company never returned either phone # or emails. I plan to dispute with the credit card company but I would have to get a new card and you guess what much work is getting involved cancelling my regular payments with my card and replace them with the new one. Since I am persistent, I went back to the company for the 101th time and voila they answered apologizing. I do not buy any longer apology. Therefore I called back the credit card company and asked them to lift the suspension. I spent endless hours on the phone and computer only to get the clarification of my payment.
One star is too much for that negligent company.

This organization is ridiculous. They've been sending me spam emails for ten - 10! years. Yes, I've marked them as spam. It JUST.DOESN'T.STOP. Unsubscribing doesn't work, they don't list/respond to messages. If I were a hospitality business, why on EARTH would I work with a company that can't manage a simple email list?
