Please take this trip! Inspired Travel organized the most wonderful and impactful trip of our life. My wife and I have been to over 20 countries together, but this journey was different on so many levels. We didn’t need to worry about anything. Every detail was planned for us. It was the first trip of our lives where we could completely relax without worries of what to do next or how we were getting somewhere. Everything ran like clockwork which let us focus on the most important thing: immersion in the reality of walking through the Holy Land with a focus on scripture. It was safe, it was worry free, and God’s word changed our life forever. I pray you can experience the same. They won’t return our deposit money to Israel, even though Israel is at war with no end in sight. Inspired travel states a no return of refund policy….well, Israel was not at war when I made the reservations. The travel insurance company has the same rule…they refunded the whole amount. Do the right thing uninspired travel!

Despite a rough start during the height of the pandemic and not being able to recover a deposit, we are just wrapping up our journey and I must say that I have had a wonderful experience on this Inspired Travel trip. I’ve been on a number of hosted tours and I must say this was the best one with respect to organization and execution. So, I would revise my review to recommending them for future travel. I would not hesitate to travel with them again.

My review will not be much different than the other 1 star reviews I read (unfortunately I read those reviews AFTER I had already booked a church trip with them). The non refundable aspect of the $400 pp deposit is definitely not very clearly expressed, it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls (message machine) to finally get a reply. I was told to be patient about a refund as it could take 3 months (seriously?). After no reply in 3 months I had to reach out again and finally got a reply after 5 months that I was not entitled to a refund.
I expressed that I gave a deposit 6+ months before the trip was scheduled and that I couldn't imagine how they expended $400 worth of work on me in the 1-2 months they had my deposit. I even expressed that we had very unusual extenuating circumstances (medical issues with family that developed only a couple months after giving the deposit) but that seemed to fall on deaf ears.
I would be very hesitant to book ANY trip that involved this company.

This was the second trip we took with Inspired Travel where husbands, wives, and even children were not sitting together on the airplane. The first trip was to Isreal 5 years ago. On All four legs of our most recent trip to the Ark my husband and I were scattered separately! We booked and paid months in advance, I called to make sure our seats would be together, gave them our TSA precheck info and frequent traveler numbers yet they booked air travel last minute with absolutely no consideration for their travelers seat locations and did NOT give the airline our TSA or frequent flyer info! They are truly incompetent!

This agency is holding our deposit for a trip that was canceled due to Covid and Israel's shutdown. They refuse to return our money. We have had no communication from them directly. Beware!
