Lacey got us a quote with options, clearly explained things in a nice video with handouts, and had us booked within 72hrs! Not only that, but she followed up with reservation requests, checked in on us, and answered question while we were there in an incredibly timely manner. We had a wonderful experience with Lacey Ball! We had medical issues while on our honeymoon and she handled every obstacle we had with such a positive attitude and patience. Although, our trip was cut short, she planned everything accordingly to ensure we got home in a timely manner. She made multiple phone calls and contacted people from the resort to make sure everything was taken care of. She’s the definition of an angel.
