I hired Jeni as our Day-Of Coordinator for our August 23 wedding at the Stage Neck Inn in York, ME. I truly don’t have the words to convey all that she did to make our day the absolute fairytale that it was. Jeni is SO incredibly talented, hardworking, detail-oriented, flexible, kind, and thoughtful - and I couldn’t imagine executing this day without her!!

After months of my own planning, vendor coordination, decor design, and more, I came to a (surprisingly tough!) conclusion: that I simply couldn’t juggle everything AND be able to be present and enjoy my own wedding day. Then I found Jeni. After our first phone call, I felt like I had known her for years. She took the time to get to know me and my husband Dan, exactly what we were envisioning, and what kind of help we needed.

The more I worked with Jeni, the more I felt like a giant weight had been lifted. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she took on SO many projects that needed finishing, helped us come up with creative solutions, and put together such an incredibly detailed timeline to ensure that every aspect of our event was covered. Plus, the week of our wedding, she even drove all the way down to our house (in MA) to go over everything with us in person, AND help us bring an extensive amount of decor to our venue!

Honestly, the moment Jeni arrived on site for our rehearsal was the moment I could finally, truly relax. I had worked so hard on everything up until that point, but I had zero hesitation in handing everything off to her. She came armed with a full understanding about our entire event - as well as exceptionally detailed notes, a full tool kit, and quite literally anything we might have forgotten and/or needed.

And my goodness, does this woman work HARD. When we left for our rehearsal dinner, she was literally on the floor of our bridal suite, power tools in hand, putting together a massive easel for our seating chart. She arranged florals, put up decorations, steamed dresses, wrangled children (and groomsmen)…the list goes on and on!

On the day of our wedding, she truly worked nonstop, as well - she was there at every moment someone had a question or needed help with something, and she was such a calm, grounding presence in the midst of all the typical wedding chaos. Of course, just before the ceremony was set to start, I realized that my husband and I forgot something of ours - entirely our own fault! - and that we weren’t able to get it before the ceremony began. My nerves quickly escalated into a full-fledged panic attack - but nothing was able to deter Jeni’s determination to keep things moving forward, and keep us focused on the most important (and special) aspects of our day.

Most of all, though, Jeni became a true friend and part of the family throughout all of this. I had so much confidence in her ability to take ALL the things we handed to / threw at her, and she executed each and every one of them in a way that was even better than what we had envisioned. She laughed with us, cried with us, celebrated with us, and supported us in ways that I will truly never forget.

Jeni, thank you for being the wonderful, amazing, incredible force that you are - and for making all of our wedding dreams come true!!!

I hired Jeni to help plan a networking event at my new event venue. Her knowledge and professionalism was so refreshing and comforting. She thought of everything and executed last minute changes due to weather seamlessly. She also provided decor for the event. Her artistic eye is unmatched. The event was beautifully orchestrated and I have Jeni to thank for that. Hire her!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't know what I would've done without Jeni of Inspiration Events. I planned a wedding out in New Hampshire while living in a completely different state which is not easy to say the least. I knew I didn't want to have to worry about buying decor and trying to get it to New Hampshire while living in a different state. I also wanted to save money and make my wedding more sustainable by renting decor instead of buying. I contacted Inspiration Events and Jeni is the absolute sweetest, I felt so comfortable talking with her. I am terrible when it comes to design and creativity so when asked what my vision was I gave her the worst answer and told her I don't know hahah but she guided me by helping me pick my colors an then asking me to put together a pinterest board on decor that I liked and from that tiny bit of information she ran with it and put together a few examples of possible table settings. I was so impressed and knew I made the right decision in picking her. She listened to my feedback and adapted to any changes I asked for. Jeni was responsive and communicated with me often. I sent her signage that she was able to print out and put in frames. She created a beautiful seating chart. Jeni also was able to incorporate decor that I brought myself. She took initiative and went to the venue in advanced and dropped off the decor. On the day of she arrived early and set everything up. When I walked in to see the venue and ceremony area I was so emotional because seriously she made the whole place look so elegant, charming, vintage, and it was more than I could have envisioned. By the way, she also helped our wedding party do a last minute rehearsal which was so helpful because we were struggling lol. Jeni's eye for design just amazes me. I received so many compliments from my guests on how beautiful the decor was. Towards the end of the event, Jeni came in and took everything down right on time because the venue required everything to be cleaned up by the end of the night. It was a stress relief to know that I didnt have to worry about boxing up the decor and I could continue to have fun with my husband and guests. I appreciate Jeni so much, my wedding would not have been as beautiful if it wasn't for her amazing talent and professionalism. I highly recommend Inspiration Event's and will continue to use services for future events I host.

I last minute wanted to find a hexagonal arbor (maybe a month before my wedding?) and my search brought up inspiration rentals. Jenni was quick to respond & the arbor worked perfectly for our vision- she was also able to help out with some display tables for our desserts. Prices were reasonable and everything was so beautiful!
