Scummy company that will let you survive a shooting, indirectly guarantee a full refund, then back pedal and only give half refunds. Also the firearm used was snuck through the event security. And it was in the campgrounds the whole time. Pasquale is a coward who wants to keep his pockets lined. Respect your customers, and take our best interest into consideration first and not keeping yourself rich.

They don't seem to care about putting people's lives in danger due to negligence of security, then giving them 50% refunds because we got to be there the day we were in danger.

Do the right thing and give us our money back.

Woah practice what you preach Pasquale. Not pour. Asked for transfer of edc 2021 to 2022 and never got a response. Sent in 4 contact forms since April and nothing. They don’t have a customer service , they don’t reply. Front gate points the finger. They are for greed and profits only. We need them to do better

I would like to start off by saying that there has not been a bear attack at this location in dozens of months, I can’t say the same for similar promotional busines locations. There is also a wide selections of magazines in the waiting area and even a air mall catalog, believe it or not I ordered my Insonimac Dimensional approved Fannypack off the catalog ? Thanks air mall!
