We stayed at the Captain's Quarters right after Thanksgiving. Not the ideal time for the beach, but it was nice. The unit we had was at the end of the building, facing the beach. There was a balcony that overlooked the pool area, and there was a beach view. The bedroom was large and comfortable, with a whirlpool bath. Very comfortable bed! The bathrooms were adequate - the vanity/sink area was a little small, but it worked out. The living/dining/kitchen area was a good size. There was a couch/sleeper unit and a small table with 2 chairs. Overall a nice resort and we would like to return to the property during warmer weather 🙂

We had booked a week stay well in advance of Hurricane Milton, but decided to leave Florida earlier than planned and take our time driving up to New England to avoid both the hurricane exodus and the storm itself. We were able to check in earlier than our arrival time and were pleasantly greeted upon arrival, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with.||||We were booked into a 1-bedroom unit, consisting of a large master bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, and a large jetted tub in the bedroom (no doubt a feature from earlier times - LOL). The unit had two full baths, a galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator, 2-burner stove top, toaster, coffee-maker, and ample cabinets containing cooking utensils, plates, cups, and silverware. There is no dishwasher, but other than that it was fine. The living area has a small table with two folding leaves, and two folding chairs are in addition to 2 side chairs accompanying the dining table. A pull-out queen sleeper couch completes the space, along with a cable equipped TV, and another TV unit in the master. Our unit was on the 2nd floor, and we requested and were assisted with a staffer to carrry up heavy luggage, given the resort has no elevator. The resort has three floors, the first has a limited ocean view, the 2nd and 3rd floor have great views, but we were happy we were not on the 3rd floor given the many flights of steps to get up and down to the ground level.||||The resort is across the street from a common park area, and also across another main street from the ocean beach. Two dining restaurants are within a couple of blocks, for easy walking access, with other shopping and restaurants nearby with a short drive of a few miles drive time.||||The unit is well maintained, no issues whatsoever, and the maintenance is the best we have ever experienced at any resort. Service staff does daily rounds for linen and paper replenishment, as well as trash removal. The resort does not have a guest laundry, although a nearby laundromat is within 1.5 miles of the resort.||||Parking accommodates 1 vehicle for each 4- person unit. Guest parking is only available space permitting.||||Overall a wonderful resort and experience. Highly recommended and relaxing, but do heed the resorts features carefully to be aware of the absence of an elevator, dish washer, limited parking, and no guest laundry if those things matter.

This resort is across the street from a public beach (Falmouth Heights). The 2 bedroom unit we had was very comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen was good for making breakfast and heating up leftovers. I don't think I could cook for a family there. Our room 605 had first access to the pool. Since it was Oct we did not use the pool. Our other window was the parking lot. We requested a first floor unit do to mobility issues. There is no elevator. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor have ocean views. There is no laundry available on site or even close to resort. Many Falmouth restaurants are within a 5 min drive. 2 are walking distance but closed in October. Lots to do in the area.

Great location, convenient to attractions in the area, shopping, and dining. Across the street from the beach. Very nice units with two full bathrooms in the one bedroom units. Clean and up to date. Helpful staff with advice on the area.

Right off the ocean! Rooms situated so all have deck that overlooks ocean. Super clean. Enough amenities in the room to make a one week stay comfortable. Very quiet too. Restaurants within 3 min walk. Grocery store only 8 mins away.

What a great spot! Clean and very efficient!. Everything for your kitchen needs. I could easily stay here for a week instead of booking an Airbnb . Pleasant and helpful staff. Decent size rooms , and yes, clean everywhere!
Great location , right next to the harbor and not far from town. Perfect sunset views just steps away. Love the idea of the outdoor grills for summertime. A summer getaway here with family would be awesome!
I'm not big on TVs on vavation, but it's good to have just in case,but the one in the living room could be a bit bigger..
There is nothing negative to review . Only thing I really didn't care for was the noisey pull out sofa, it's a little flat too! Honestly, it was a pleasant weekend with family. I'd stay here again for sure.

Great location, across from Vineyard Sound. Minutes from the iconic Main Street and a wide variety of restaurants. Lots of places to walk in the woods, along the shore, in town.||My one complaint to RCI is that, even as Platinum members for several years, the availability of units ANYWHERE in season is scarce to non-existence.
