We were told that this site was no longer apart of the BEST Western franchise because of transitioning, however, the EVS workers were excellent. Whenever we ran out of towels
we were always supplied with more, although, the sign stated to reuse towels in an effort to save the earth.

I would assume that it was a good location. I'm not familiar with the area. Actually from a different state. Some of my family just ran across it online and we needed a safe place to stay. So they chose this Best Western because the accommodations from past experiences were GREAT!!

You could tell that the rooms were somewhat outdated. The insects, all kinds, entering the room was crazy. The bathroom backed up. Not to mention, my sisters room even flooded.

Again, I will say that the staff was really helpful.

Room was initially clean & sanitized, a bit on the small side tho'. Stayed for 3 days and had to request clean towels each day. The telephone in the room didn't work, the entry door handle was very loose, and the night desk clerk didn't seem like she wanted to be there, but I will admit I loved the shower head, was nice-&-strong. It was the closest to our venue, so it is what it is.

I have just checked in, and I am ok with the hotel/motel format. The water pressure falls very low at the sink but fine for the shower. The room is clean, and the decor is up to date and appears we'll maintained. I may even try the pool tomorrow, because it is over 90 degrees here. I have yet to try their breakfast, so I will need to edit after that experience. My room is perfect for me traveling alone. Hopefully they have larger rooms available for families. Too small for more than two.
Next Day: No swimming. The breakfast is ok. I found the tub to be slippery. Seniors, be very cautious because there is nothing to hold on to.

I've heard that this place isn't what it used to be. I won't stay there again.
It may be better for you to sleep in your vehicle. There is no decent place to stay in Helena. Save your money and time.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Covid procedures still followed well in the main building, though masks are not required. Room was nice and clean, though pillows on beds were more like cushions they were so small! Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a let down - scrambled eggs tasted like nothing. Wouldn't revisit, but a decent enough stop if you're just passing through the area.

My stay was terrible. When I checked in my room the room had a terrible smell to it. I noticed the linen on the bed was damp. when I put my own personal linen on the bed I noticed multiple stains on the mattress cover. The Faucet water was coming out very slow. I then went to the tub to see if the water in the tub would come out a little faster , when the water started coming out the stopper in the bottom the tub came apart. The top of the toilet was not securely sitting top which could lead to a very bad situation if it had fallen off. Thank God I travel with Lysol and Wipes. i was able to sanitizer the room before i bought in my belongs. would i recommend this Hotel to anyone visit . NO .

A welcome surprise. Place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. Biscuits were excellent!
I don't know what I expected from Helena-West Helena but they exceeded it. Rooms were clean, beds were made and I don't think I woke up all night long.
The parking lot was clean and the staff friendly.
I will diffidently be back if I find myself in the are again.
Thanks to all the staff for a great time and a clean place, you should be commended for your work and thanks for a comfortable stay.

I was visiting Arkansas for the weekend with my family and came across this hotel on the way.
They provided me with a great service and also the staffs were very well behaved. I took two deluxe room and couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.
The room was properly cleaned and also had everything that is needed to stay in a room comfortably.
They offer free breakfast with a night stay. Even though there wasn’t much item but it seemed a nice gesture.

I think the commodes are too low, especially for older people. the room had dirty carpet with roaches here and there. microwave not working in room. Also lighting in room very dim. overall an ok room but could've been better for the price.
