Great Place to stay at the beach! Room 1A has the best view of the beach, but any if these r good. Small and comfortable. Just what u need to go to the beach and spend your time at the beach. They even provide the chairs and umbrella. Could use a foot wash at the deck otherwise very great romantic getaway for any couple.

We were not happy with the accommodation. It was very humid, everything cramped and small. We had to bend down while showering. The doors grind, the bed is saggy. The bedding was unironed and crumpled.The fridge is rusting on the outside and far too expensive for all that. ONLY the Access to the beach is super near and perfekt

Nice to be right on the beach...love the views and really enjoyed the deck! When we needed anything, the response was quick and attentive. The rental was clean and spacious. The only downside was no dishwasher.

Would NOT recommend. The rooms are so small you have to sit sideways in the bathroom. The shower is like an outside shower. It is right on the road and you hear traffic and motorcycles all night. Maria is all about the money. Overcharged. She took cash to avoid taxes. Shady.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. The floor needed sweeping, the kitchen appliances were greasy with previous guests' hand prints, and the decoration was tatty and patchy. A lot of the unit was rundown and there were patches of paint on the wall where fresh paint was added rather than the whole wall being painted. The living area fan didn't work. The kitchen light didn't work. The smoke alarms didn't work and were hanging off the wall. There are thick layers of dust and dirt in what is a very unloved place to stay. Not recommended.

If you are looking for a great spot to stay right on Beach in Bradenton, then this is the place to stay. Mark and Maria are excellent. They always have a place for me when I need one. And they have the units professionally sanitized and cleaned to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Cute little cottage-style accommodation directly across from Cortez Beach. Owners are helpful and friendly. A/C doesn't flow well from living area to bedroom, but that is our only complaint. Would stay again.

Love this place. We have come back many times and will continue to. Small but efficient rooms with all you need for a comfortable overnight getaway or a week at the beach ⛱
Fair prices, and just cross gulf dr, your at the beach !!
