The staff was very professional and eager to help us not only enjoy the games, but also very helpful inviting people to learn them. The catering was exquisite!

We will definitely book with them again. I would highly recommend Incredible Events for any family parties, weddings, or company events.

Played in a few of their blackjack tourneys they hold. It was fun as heck lol. I won once. The giveaways are pretty dope too!

But honestly the staff is very nice and the space is clean. The gentleman running the show is always dressed sharp as a tack! They seem to care if you actually have a good time. Can’t wait for the next tourney!

Terrible experience. Stay away. We had party for 100 to 150 guests. Food was cold and old, broken glass next to serving area, no plates and used chargers, late to arrive, my guest had to unload his truck, linens were dirty and wrinkled and my guests we setting it all up, DJ and photo booth guys were great but late, one of the two bartenders was great but had not bars and was using a snack table, did not have the finger foods or cheese towers. we order pizza, cheesecakes, ice cream and cookies to save the party. Clean up left food and garbage behind. Sta away from this company unless you want to do it yourself on party night

Very bad management , false advertisement! It’s byob but you can’t pour your own drink 🤔 the staff has to serve the liquor you bring in ! Guaranteed 5 hours of party , but they shut the party down a hour early and was quick to pull up a email “policy” that only states that the bartender will stop serving at a certain time , not that the party has to be shut down a hour early !!

Thank you guys so very much!! The entire staff was phenomenal, from Mr. Simpson giving me great ideas for my party(I couldn't make up my mind:) and providing Everything I needed, like the awesome food! And the servers were on point, I mean I was absolutely impressed by the professionalism, the attention to details! You guys truly made my event so easy for me! I literally did nothing helpful 🤦💜the location is perfect, easy to find and more than enough space EVEN AS WE SOCIAL DISTANCED , which was the main reason why I had to celebrate with you guys,! And thank you for keeping the bathrooms so clean! Yall have superceded my expectations and have officially raised the bar to the highest standards possible! I most certainly will host all of my future events with you guys, And I'm looking forward to the Family Formals, what a great idea!!!!

The environment is very spacious. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend that anybody who is in need of a venue this place is affordable, you can't beat it.
