Oh my word. Where do we start? Lauren Fici is the best coordinator in the land. I knew I had the right person the first time I talked to her, and she spent an hour with me on the phone before I even hired her! She is the most responsive, professional I have ever worked with. She texts, she calls she’s connected, she’s always available. Working with Lauren is like working with a friend who is so smart and has a million great ideas. I felt like Lauren helped us save money and steered us clear of some poor decisions that we might have unwittingly made. Bottom line, Lauren helped us throw the biggest and best party that we will ever throw for our only daughter, Emma. Lauren is absolutely AMAZING!!! Choosing her to be my Day of Coordinator was the best decision. She jumped in about 2 months before the wedding and steered me in the right direction. There were so many things I didn't know about and she guided me in the right direction. Best part was she knew my venue like the back of her hand so I didn't have to have any unknowns when it came to what would happen the day of the ceremony and how to plan for the reception. Lauren was absolutely amazing! We hired Lauren as our “Month of planner” however she went above and beyond my expectation. She was patient, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. Any time I reached out, with questions or concerns, she was quick to respond and jump in with an answer or solution. Our videographer back out on us 2 months before the wedding. I, of course, panicked and texted Lauren. She immediately sent us multiple contacts to help us find someone new in such a short period of time!
Lauren took over all vendor communication the month of, coordinating with them and creating very detailed timelines for everyone. All of our vendors were thrilled when they found out Lauren was our coordinator. She came highly recommended by anyone in the industry I spoke to.

Lauren Fici was a dream to work with. Our venue was a DIY. Once vendors were in place, Lauren took contact info and handled all arrangements and scheduling. She was great to voice recommendations and make suggestions when asked. Her timeline was so helpful, and she kept all on schedule. The wedding party and guests alike commented on how nice her leadership style was for the wedding day. If there were any qlitches on wedding day, the bride and family did not know.
