From start to finish, Impressions Catering was wonderful to work with and delivered excellent results for our wedding. Living in another town was never an issue - they sent emails packed full of information and examples. Our tasting appointment was a great experience filled with a delicious assortment. They put together beautiful centerpieces and displays with our wedding colors. Impressions was also a huge hit with our guests! They created a dairy free menu that everyone enjoyed and provided a professional and kind staff that worked like a well oiled machine. We highly recommend Impressions Catering; they helped make our day far more special than we could have ever imagined!

From the moment I first reached out to Greg and the Impressions team up until the wedding, the service, professionalism and responsiveness were top notch. While researching different vendors in the East TN region, I came across Impressions Catering and was drawn to how amazing all of the food looked in their images as well as the creativity they put into their dishes. It was very important to us that the food and drink would be a memorable and unique part of our wedding experience and as soon as I spoke with Greg on the phone I had a feeling Impressions would be perfect for making that happen.

We were planning our wedding from out of town, and Greg was extremely flexible in helping us schedule a date for our tasting that coincided with one of our trips to the area. From phone calls and e-mails to in person meetings and tastings, he and his team (shout out to Hannah and Patsy for also being helpful and great to work with!) were always patient, answered all of our questions, and worked closely with us to execute the vision we had for our wedding menu. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate parts of our menu to give every guest the opportunity to enjoy a variety of offerings (including adjustments for food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.)

Everything turned out absolutely delicious. The appetizers were flavorful and diverse, the stations were unique and a fun experience for our guests, and the bartending service/staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I hired Impressions Catering for our wedding reception, located in Lenoir City, TN; they did an amazing job! Mady was so incredible to work with, and her staff was very friendly and kind towards all guests. Mady answered any and all questions that I had, and was always so prompt in all communication. The food was truly INCREDIBLE! Our guests were truly impressed with the food and service. The bartenders also did a great job! Mady brought my husband and I food throughout the reception, and also had staff check on us throughout the night; we did not go hungry at our wedding! I highly recommend hiring Impressions Catering. Their diverse food menu and personable employees made our wedding day great!

Greg was an absolute professional and I truly appreciated this. The food itself was amazing even though we had impressions out in the woods lol. It was incredibly tasty, thoughtful/creative menu, and presentation was beautiful. The staff was also fantastic, and very attentive. I did take off a star I know, but we were informed a couple weeks out from wedding that we would need tents and power for the caterers. We did get this handled ourselves, but more notice would have relieved a ton of stress. There was also confusion with the bartenders, I had mentioned in an email that I wanted 2 bartenders for an extended period of time, but was only given the bartenders. I checked the next day and noticed it wasn’t in the bill, so I was ok with it in the end, but I was certainly caught off guard when the bartenders started packing up hours before I thought they would. All in all very good food, very good service, maybe need to iron on the details better on the backend/office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Impressions Catering. I have been a client for years and I keep coming back to Impressions because this company delivers excellence. Every single detail is thought through thouroughly. Not only are the meals delicious, but whether I choose stations or plated dinner, the food is creative and never repetitive. All I have to do is give Impressions a date, guest count, budget, and a vision, and they exceed my expectations Every Single Time.

I got the pleasure of coordinating a wedding that Impressions was catering at Hidden Springs Venue this past weekend and my experience with them from one month out to day-of was nothing short than great. As a coordinator, I really appreciate prompt response times and flexibility to make things run smoothly. Impressions was great to communicate with during the planning process (s/o to Mady), and on day-of they worked flawlessly as a team to execute the mocktail hour and reception. Table displays were professional looking and nice and neat, the mocktail drinks were absolutely delicious, as was the food, and the staff went above and beyond to cater the couples private dinner. From a venue standpoint, they bussed tables, took out trash, and left the kitchen probably cleaner then they found it. 10/10 recommend hiring them for your event!!
