I can not express in words how fantastic this wonderful team is!! They truly made our baby shower visions come to life! With amazing attention to detail nothing went unnoticed. They made sure everything was perfect! From balloon arches that came out so beautifully to gorgeous center pieces all was perfect!! I recommend them to everyone I know planning a party! I worked with Imperio for my sons first birthday party and it was AMAZING. From the first time we sat down till the party day, they provided me with incredible ideas and designs. They truly made the party a dream come true. The rentals they have you cannot get any where else and they customize most items to your theme. Their attention to detail is unmatched! I had tears of joy when I saw what they created at the venue. They were so sweet and easy to work with. I can’t wait to hire them again for my next party!

I went to their location to try and make an order, and was unfortunately met with unprofessionalism. Upon my entering, the lady working there just stared at me until I spoke. When I greeted her and told her what I was seeking, she just told me to look around. It took me all of 20 seconds to “look around,” as this isn’t a big space and I already knew what I was looking for before going. I stood there for a few minutes as she went on casually chatting with another lady as if I was not there. I eventually just left and she seemed not to care at all.
