Yet somehow, she pulled it off flawlessly. The entire celebration for my daughter and son-in-law went off without a hitch, and guests kept telling us it was the best wedding they’d ever attended.

From the planning stages to the final moments, Iman was on top of every detail – flowers, rentals, the band, catering – and her eye for quality and budget saved us money without sacrificing the magic. She worked seamlessly with multiple vendors, gracefully handled last-minute changes, and somehow made it all seem effortless.

With my daughter in her fellowship as an oncologist, her time was incredibly limited. Iman truly understood this and was patient, accommodating, and incredibly calming throughout the process. Her experience and thoughtfulness brought my daughter’s vision to life while taking the stress off our shoulders.

She's an excellent communicator, a great listener, and always on top of everything. Her direct yet empathetic approach made me feel heard and understood, and I always knew what was happening next.

She is so well connected she helped us find the right vendors at the right price point.

She took our somewhat scattered ideas and ramblings and turned them into a stunning wedding day. From the flowers to the tables to the ambiance, everything was absolutely perfect - the vibes were unmatched.

Icing on the (wedding) cake was the day of - her and her team nailed it - everyone knew what was going on, where they needed to be, and it was a seamless day - absolutely perfect.

The wedding was perfect and I miss my meetings and planning sessions with Iman - working with her made the process great!

If you are looking for a planner, congratulations, your search is complete!! Iman is absolutely incredible and was with us along our wedding planning journey since we picked our venue and found Iman as she’d done a wedding at our venue before. From the beginning she set out clear expectation, led the timeline and planning process - letting us know how we were tracking towards progress throughout, and thinking of all the little things we would not have considered. From planning for extreme weather, to sourcing endless vendors for us across different price ranges and styles, she was there for our every need - not only reactively, but proactively.

On wedding day, the number of people including our bridal party and Mother of the Bride commented on how incredible she was. She and her team ensured a seamless timeline and multiple guests commented on how perfectly and naturally the event flowed. If anything went wrong on the day-of, we had no idea because Iman handled everything, including managing things with the venue and all vendors. She sent us reminders for tasks and payments we needed to complete, even after the event had concluded, and during the event made sure spills were cleaned, everyone was happy, and that we, as the bride and groom, always had food or drink and got the pictures we wanted with every special detail at our event.

It's been said before, and I will say it again: Iman is INCREDIBLE. I got the privilege of working with Iman for approximately 10 months leading up to my November wedding in San Diego. As someone who had absolutely zero vision or idea of what I wanted for a wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner to work with. Iman is cool as a cucumber, and it translates in the ease of which she is able to effortlessly manage all of the vendors, planning and day of timelines, and communication throughout the entire process. Every conversation felt like chatting with a friend all while being incredibly productive and efficient. I loved how supportive she was of all my ideas, decisions, and feedback. Iman made everything so EASY, I really still can't believe how seamless the whole process was. I truly can't even imagine what it would have been like without her!

Iman is exactly who you want planning and coordinating your wedding the day of AND the entire year leading up to it!! Her expertise, experience, and energy around the entire wedding were superb. From the moment we had our first consult call (we hadn't even hired her yet) she was already extremely helpful with venue guidance and making sure we were on the right track. As soon as we recognized her awesome vibes, my fiance and I were set to have her plan our wedding. We had her bring basically a "coachella wedding" to an empty backyard ranch with no power, no bathrooms, no lights, and no kitchen and she didn't even question us once! We had 3 bands, a DJ, multiple dance floors, 2 taco stations, 3 bars, and you could say she brought the house down. Not to mention, the tablescapes were so beautiful, I was in complete awe at how amazing they looked. She knows pretty much every vendor in San Diego/North County and gets along with everyone. She also spent time preparing us Friday night for the rehearsal! I had absolutely no worries the day of my wedding, she was in complete control, a true silent hero! I’m a bit delayed in my review - it’s been almost a year since I’ve been married. Iman was a great wedding planner/day of coordinator! Definitely hire her before you book your venue. You potentially could save $$$$. That’s one thing I do regret was not hiring her before I booked the venue. She knows a lot of local Intel that the normal person doesn’t. The one thing I won’t ever forget she did was carry a lot of the reception flowers and and two plates of food and cake to the hotel room for my husband and I! I requested this a day before the wedding and she managed to fit it in with all the craziness. We were blown away when entered our room! Needless to say you won’t go wrong with hiring her!
