Hey I just recently had a wedding here on April 6, 2025 before the wedding when they were collecting my money everything was going good communication was great. Once they were paid in full that’s when things started going down hill. I paid extra for decoration that I did not receive. For me to pay extra for decorations when I got to the hall it look like something that they put together matter fact it looked rushed. The decorations were plain. I was supposed to have green lights and I got the hall the lights were pink or purple mind yall my colors were green, white and black. I was told that we will have the Mrs and Mrs signs and I noticed we didn’t have that mind you I paid for it. I was told that my dj can enter the building at 2pm, he arrived at 2pm and the doors were locked. He was outside in the sun with dj equipment waiting for them to open the doors for 20 mins. I called the hall multiple times to let them know he was outside and didn’t get an answer. My guest was supposed to get Cesar salad they got some other salad. This hall was paid over 6500 highly disappointed. This hall was paid a lot of money and we received little to nothing. The food was good but that’s about it. They made sure to put NON REFUNDABLE because if they didn’t the way my wedding turn out I’ll be requesting all my money back. Will I recommend them to anyone NO I was highly disappointed.

I had an amazing Baby Shower for my Baby Boy! The details, the entertainment, the food everything was exceptional! Thank You to Lily Montero our Master of Ceremony who entertained the party with engaging Baby Shower Games! Nersy was also very professional and amazing in helping us through the selection of the hall to the details and accommodated all our needs! Great experience!

Today my son’s school had their graduation ceremony here and it was a wonderful experience overall. The place was cozy and clean, the ,bartender was very pleasant, and the staff was very attentive - including our server Norberto.

Last night was my sisters fifteens and it came out perfect. Starting with the MC, Lily, who was there from the start making sure everything came out perfect even if it meant she had to improvise in certain sections to cut off the dead space. Barbara, the waitstaff, truly was great too. She was very attentive, super helpful and so sweet. The bartender, Duarte, was also awesome, fast and at his service for whatever you needed. But the real king of the party was DJ Vinnie. Man I’ve been to other banquet hall parties before and I will say this DJ was amazing. He had a mix of everything for everyone and truly read the room. He’s constantly engaged in your party and not just stuck in the DJ booth which is great because it gives you the trust and confidence to go up to him for a song request and you know he will actually play it. I also had the amazing opportunity to get DJ Yansel for a bit as my animator. This guy got on the mic and was constantly engaging with us, leaving NO dead space, I also truly recommend him. I want to thank everyone who helped in my party and please have no hesitation to book your event with them, they are amazing. The food was super good and the decorations were beautiful.

This place is a fraud. Ugly and dirty! They are so expensive for nothing. The food is disappointing disgusting and dry! Paid 600 for 100 sweets in which the party was for 200 people it was plain with no taste. I had ppl leave before the party even started. Took forever to start! When we were all ready by 830pm They lied about everything the party was nothing like we discussed. They made it their way. Super ugly decorations very simple when we paid more than 20,000 plus charged extra few thousands at the end talking about taxes . Very unprofessional The main lady who runs that place is so rude. Very selfish and mean!!! Horrible service!!!! like if 20,000 was easy to get for a 15 party in which was planned a yr ago. Weeks b4 the party we had hired a mini show crew they agreed once the people came to perform right on time she comes and says SHE IS THE ONE WHO CONTROLS EVERYTHING AND THEY CAN PERFORM WHEN SHE SAYS SO. When they came with a contract in which they had another party after ours. We advised that info for her but she didn’t care. And sadly they couldn’t do the show I actually PAID FOR IN WHICH WAS 980$ just for a 15 min show in which I paid for 45min show. Iike can you please advise us HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY to say you control and run thungs! She was just horrible . And took almost a hr and 20mins to bring the food just to give us a hard time and not let the show start. I advise any one planning a 15 wedding or anything not to go to this place it’s HORRIBLE. They don’t care about the clients they care about money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a enemy. It’s seriously not worth a dime. I wish everyone can see how ugly and cheap my little sister 15 was. Which it’s VERY SAID OVER 25,000 wasted and plus we had to buy every decoration because they literally just set up the tables and did a ugly stage set up. We sent a list of 200 people for 23 tables and half the people weren’t even put in the list of guest. Had my mother and 2 aunts helping people where to seat. It was a mess but I DO WANT TO THANK GOD BECAUSE GOD DONT LIKE UGLY THE GUEST HAD A GREAT TIME BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. But if owe can go back to time this place wouldn’t even looked at. I don’t even give them a star!

Went to Illusions Banquet Hall in Fountainblue for a wedding event, the place does not look like much from the outside but it is beautiful inside, it seems it has been recently painted or renovated. The waiters were really nice and attentive and the reception well orchestrated. I gave it only four stars because of the food, appetizers were ok, they offered mini meatballs, mini pizza pockets, meat pastries and cheese pastelitos, the main course was some kind of rice with vegetables that tasted in the low OK range, string beans with garlic were good in flavor and texture, the protein was something like a Chicken Teriyaki with pineapple, thigh meat was used for this recipe, the sauce did not taste that bad but it did not look appealing, in my table alone almost every plate went back half to three quarters full, nobody said anything but it was obvious.
Forgot to mention the open bar, drinks were good despite of being made with instant mixes and sprays for flavors, the bartender did not even had a shaker.
In general I can say that you can rent the place for events but I would ask for a sample of the food to be served to make sure.

What a blessing to have chosen Illussions from all others!! The room was dreamy, the servers very pleasant, the owner was awesome when more of the guests showed up without notice she went out of her way which shouldn’t be done to set up an extra table since the guests decided to stay regardless!! God bless her heart!! And Marta, the most exquisite of all, the MC was just wonderful and AWEmazing!! She became part of the “15” twins, their court, the godparents,, helping the guests feel welcomed, assisting the DJ with the playlist the twins preferred, encouraging smiles and fixing the dresses, postures or make-up for the pictures and as the mother of the quinceañeras, she became family!! What an extraordinary human being and professional!! So detail-oriented, charming and witty!! She made all the difference in the world so our “15” celebration would be an unforgettable, lifetime, precious memory!! Surely an evening to go down in history!! God bless each and everyone that assisted so this event would be a dream come true!! We are extremely satisfied customer and chose this venue and the Marta the MC a million times!! 💫💖💫
