Great horse camping experience, drove all the way from Texas and so worth it. Best marked trails I've ever been on, and the trail app makes it even easier. The views are incredible, so glad we went here. The horse stalls have all the amenities, spigot, hose, pitchforks, wheelbarrow. Owners are super nice and knowledgeable about trails. MAKE SURE YOUR HORSES HAVE SHOES, the terrain is naturally rocky, your horse needs front and back shoes, no exceptions.

The place was easy to find. It was a nice camp with places to park large trailers. The trails were well marked and easy to follow. The ride to point 34 lookout and on to the towers point 35 was not for the faint of heart however it was enjoyable. The fall scenery was beautiful and the next days ride was to twin falls which was a fairly easy ride with more water. There are a couple of cabins for those who want to ride but need a place to stay. Definately a place to go back to and many trails still to cover.

Loved everything about this campground! The owner's are very friendly and make sure their campers are well taken care of during their stay. The trails are very well marked, overlooks are gorgeous and overall just awesome!!

The trails are beautiful. We stayed there for 3 nights rented the 5th wheel and 3 stalls. The owners of Idle Nook are friendly and helped us pick all the right trails to fit our skill level.

Nice camp, ride out to some very nice trails right out of camp. Beautiful water crossings and scenery. Covered stalls, water and electric. Easy camp to get to; good place to layover.
