We have been here 7 years ago and the experience was better. Maybe because it’s been less people.

We got three at 9:10 am, and got to the water at 11:37! Time in between was waiting.

Water was smelly… maybe because of the heat. Other than that, it was pretty

What a great little campground! I hadn't even intended to stop, but then I saw their sign for kayaking for $16.95! What a deal! They take you into the state park to the Ichetucknee River, get you into your kayak, and turn you loose. It's about a 4 hour or so paddle, just meandering down the river. So beautiful! And when you get to the 3rd dock, call them, and they come pick you up!
The people are so friendly and informative and it's such a neat, rustic little campground. I highly recommend a stop here, you'll enjoy yourself immensely!

It's a great place, especially bc it's right across the street from the springs. This spring offers a majestic experience that you'll love!
The Crystal clear water flows like diamonds along the ichetucknee into the river basin. The boardwalk is set up along side the spring run an you can look right into the water to see the many species of mullet bass brim catfish an gar that love to hang out where the pristine life of the spring feeds them. Turtles are loving this place with the occasional tree that they bask on. The fish love to interact with swimmers and are not shy by any means.
After visiting you should search it's history an learn what the spring an it's property hosted 60-85 years ago. . It's a story in itself.. enjoy an keep it beautiful

We had a wonderful time at this campground. It is very close to Ichetucknee State Park. We camped in our van for about a week so we could explore the area. There is a lot to explore there. We have stayed in the cabins also. We enjoyed them during the wet weather. To see our adventures subscribe to SIMPLE LIFE BIG ADVENTURES on YouTube.

So happy we stayed here instead of somewhere else. Very family friendly. Our spot was #21 right at the entrance, but with few families here midweek, it was perfect. The general store is close, and the swing set is right across from you. They sell their own firewood at a great price and will drop it off at your campsite. Recommend for young families. Bathhouse has hot showers and very clean.

Of all the camping places I've stayed this was by far the most different. Really enjoyed they had a store so close but whoa at the prices. Our camp was up backed up to other houses which was odd to me but the guy at the front said I was the first to say anything about it. (Doubt it) But over all I enjoyed it because of the location and it was quiet. We had a deer visit the camp 2 nights in a row and saw an owl that was pretty cool. The only thing really is the bathrooms could use some bleach and a little attention though. Will come back for sure but another site on the property next time closer to the woods.

Located a few feet from the North Entrance of Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Staff was very accommodating. Kayak rental includes transporting our group and kayaks to the North Entrance and pick up at the end. Austin even helped us get in the water at the launch.

Very reasonable prices! Friendly staff!

cozy, private, clean cabin. Clean property, shared bath house centrally located and very clean. Check-in was easy, staff is friendly and easy to contact. Super close to Ichetucknee tubing/kayak rentals inside State Park and we saved a few $ on tubing with the printable coupon from the campground website.
Parking & fire pit at each individual cabin. Swing on the front porch was a nice touch. Mattress was more comfortable than expected but we still used sleeping bags for extra padding.
Small retail store also offers snacks & drinks.
