Came here countless times (20+) throughout the 2024 season. We purchased the diamond pass, and we got front row parking, but the issue is there is very little security or employees guarding the parking lot. They don't even guard the lot or charge for parking most of the time, which isn't a big deal for us due to us having the season passes, but for the people visiting the park once or twice a year, they didn't even have to pay a penny for parking. The park itself is nice, but it's just so small. They have lots of rides of different thrills. They don't keep the slides and stairs very clean, though. There is bird poop everywhere on the Bermuda Triangle and Riptide rush area. Even on slides, there is bird poop everywhere. Lots of debris in the lazy river, but it's Rockford so what do you expect. I overall enjoyed all of my time here, but the place could use better management.

Went opening day 2024. Employees were all very friendly and everything was fresh and clean. Lots of bathrooms and changing areas. Tons of places to sit whether chairs by the wave pool, benches, picnic tables, etc. They do have lockers which we did not use since I sat with our stuff while kids and husband played.

They have an amazing variety of slides and options for all ages. There was a baby/toddler splash play area. Young child 3-6 area with smaller slides, bucket dump, play/splash structure. They also have a large wave pool and lazy river. The park itself isn't so big that it would be overwhelming and there are plenty of places to sit along the way if needed.

Food was good and also offered a variety of menu items that should please most people.

I would suggest you go through the Six Flags website very throughly and see all your options for daily tickets through season passes and add-ons whether it's line passes, parking or dining. There are so many different ways of enjoying the day at one park or a whole season and visit the other parks and customize best for yourself, family and budget.

Had a GREAT time visiting! We went on a Wednesday in June (federal holiday). The park is laid out well so there is plenty of space, lots of chairs, many sunny areas and some shady areas too. Bathroom was large & spacious and clean, it was not overly humid (unlike other waterparks I’ve been to). The wave pool is big and the waves run about every 10 mins so there is always action. The kids splash area was really cool, fun for all ages, even teens & parents — just a great place for anyone to cool off & for kids to climb around and go down some decent slides (and kids can slide with their parents, which was nice). The big slides were fun and queue times varied throughout the day between 10-25 mins. I packed a cooler in my car and we went out to the parking lot for a little “car picnic” when we were hungry. I’m really glad I did this because the food lines looked a little long and prices were kinda high. The park is small enough where it’s easy to pop out and get to your car especially if you park in the main lot. Highly recommend doing this instead of eating at park. This park is not as big as Gurnee, but it has everything you need and the crowd is very manageable. I also liked that the lifeguards weren’t annoying. Their focus was on safety, and they weren’t giving anybody a hard time for having fun. One thing to point out was that you can’t bring arm floaties, but nobody told us this until the last two hours of the day. They recommended that we get a free lifevest which we ended up doing. But no big deal, I didn’t realize that they weren’t allowed, but at least my daughter enjoyed the majority of her day wearing them without anybody giving her a hard time.
Overall, we had a great day and we will definitely be back again this summer.

I arrived later in the Afternoon, so Parking Was Easy. People Who Had Been there All Day Were Leaving. I Checked in at Ticket Booth. She Scanned My Email Receipt and Gave me My Season Pass!!
Easy Entrance thru Security and Off to Play.
Plenty of Chairs to Choose from. The Staff was Friendly and Answered My Questions. Found a Great Spot by the Lazy River and Spent Hours floating and Enjoying the Sun.
I Do Wish they Would Stay Open a Little Bit Later.

Overall it was a good experience. The park itself is not huge but has enough variety of slides and fun activities for all ages. It was clean and well maintained. It has easy access coming out of the interstate as well. The only downside for me was the overpriced food. 17$ a slice of pizza ?! Really ?

Park was not super busy. The water had quite a bit of leaves and other debris floating around. I'm assuming that's only because it's early in the season. Lines had little to no wait. Again, it's early in the season. Overall my little ones had a great time. They were able to go down just about every slide.

It's pretty small, but it's cute. I did all the tube slides and the lazy river twice in about an hour. At least there were body slides open, unlike at HH Chicago, only one looping one was closed. I especially liked the tube slide attached to that one, but overall, all the slides are on the slower side. I enjoyed the lazy river here more than at HH Chicago, but the wave pools are about the same - low, rolling waves, not big ones.

Took all 5 of my children age range 5 months to 16 years. There was plenty to do for everyone! Disappointed one of the slides was out of service and so was the snack shack. Recommend all day dining pass. One meal every 90 minutes. Really great time and totally worth the sunburn
