Just a little place with about 2 1/2 miles of trails if you do them all. The tunnel/cave was awesome. The rail cart was great love seeing old things. Great place for a family outing. It’s free and please remember to pick all your trash up. Thanks for keeping America clean.

Somewhat maintained, paths going everywhere, surprisingly clean. There is a pavilion with a large long table near a man-made dam. It's worth the detour to go adventure

We absolutely LOVE hurricane creek! We always get a great workout. Their are different level trails ranked by your hiking skill level. The water is so clear. There are caves, tons of rock walls, cliffs, and more. This is a must see if you love hiking or nature! ? Although I’ve never seen the visitor center/lodge open

Beautiful lots of trails. Some steep but moderate levels. We saw at least 7 different waterfalls and several cave like entrances. One you pass through entering trail areas, that has a sign saying stairway to Heaven.

The most amazing place in mother nature I have seen next to sipsy National wildlife refuge... Hurricane Creek Park has some of the most beautiful trails, waterfalls, and the best swimming hole! My whole family loves it out there and we go quite often in the spring and summer to enjoy a hike, a swim, something for the whole family

Just make sure the water isn't low when you go because it's a bummer when the waterfall isn't flowing! Make sure it's rained recently or you'll be sad ab having no waterfall 🙁

Very cool spot. A little intense with a 4, 6, and 7 year old - keeping them safe and from falling off the ledge and off rocks. However, a nice hike for a couple hours after they got out of school on Friday. I recommend for family and children, but have 2 adults to manage them and good hiking shoes with grip.

This hiking trail is great. There are some pretty narrow paths with steep drop offs, so I wouldn't recommend taking small children. 10 years old and up should be ok, unless your kids are comfortable with heights and things. Once you get to the creek bed at the bottom its absolutely beautiful. They have several different hiking trails. There is an easy way down to the creek via a paved road but it's really steep grade, so when coming back up you may want to take the shortcut trail back to the top to keep from walking all the way back up the really steep paved road. Highly recommend, they have picnic tables down at the creek and would be perfect for a quick hike and picnic.
