Our trip with Hummingbird Student Tours was a complete success!!! Heidi, Heather, and the Hummingbird team were wonderful to work with when planning the trip then quickly handled a last minute complication registering for the United Nations. I really appreciate the support they provided throughout the planning and execution of our trip to New York City.

Our tour guide did an amazing job showing 27 students and two chaperones around the city. He was always on time at every step of the trip and his communication was excellent. He was completely locked into the itinerary in a good way. Made a few adjustments when necessary. Funny and informative. Kids enjoyed his colorful personality. So, he was perfect for this trip. He's an NYC lifer and his love of the city really came through.

The bus driver was also very good. He was always right on time. Communication was also excellent. I think he was a little stressed about driving in NYC but I think it was also a good experience for him? Overall, though, super-reliable and professional. Contacted me in advance and it was smooth sailing the entire trip.

All of the reservations went off without a hitch. After the rain stopped, the rest of the trip was beautiful. Monday night and all of Tuesday were amazing. The kids were exhausted on the way home!!!

I'm looking forward to planning a possible 8th grade trip to Boston, Philly, or D.C. in the future with Hummingbird Tours.
