This is the second trip I have planned with Twila. The first was to Italy traveling from Rome to the Amalfi Coast! Most recently we planned a trip to Switzerland and France. She used multiple different avenues to help my husband and I build the best vacation package perfectly designed with us. She is responsive and immediately calls or texts me back with updates or questions. I have used travel agents in the past that take weeks to respond. This is never the case with Twila. I don’t like to use premade packages and Twila is able to construct the trip with use of delta vacations, Expedia, Viator etc. We will be continuing our future travels with Twila! Highly recommend!!

Twila did a wonderful job organizing our trip to Colorado. The pacing of the trip was perfect for us. During the trip my husband got sick and we needed to stay an extra day for him to recover. Twila was so sweet and quickly made all the necessary changes with the airline, hotel and rental car. We really appreciate he quick and professional help!!

My new husband and I booked our honeymoon to Punta Cana, DR with the help of Twila! We ran into a small issue once we made it to our destination, and she was there to help in every way! She made sure we had the best possible experience! Other than that we had an amazing time at the all adult Breathless Resort and Spa! The best pool parties I have ever been too!!! Their entertainment staff were incredible, as well as all the other staff! Punta Cana was beautiful! You definitely have to go to Monkeyland!!

We recently returned from Excellence El Carmen and I want to shout from the rooftops how grateful I am for Twila Hughes! We had originally planned this trip for April 2020. Need I say more?

Twila helped us navigate the crazy season of Covid unknowns and to get rescheduled not once, but twice. Then, we had to go to a resort other than the one we had originally planned... had it not been for Twila's calm professionalism and steady presence we probably would've bailed on the whole thing. But she hung in there with us, helped us get to the timing and the location that would work and we made memories to last a life time! I would definitely recommend booking with Hughes Travel Service. To top it all off, she mailed us a nice little package of goodies even including paperwork that we would need for our trip back. Twila did an amazing job coordinating our trip to Rome! Fortyseven hotel felt like a bed and breakfast with all the amenities of a major hotel. The location was perfect... within walking distance to all of the major attractions. We enjoyed seeing the Coliseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, a food tour and a day trip to the Amalfi Coast. She handled all the logistics including transportation to and from the airport. I would highly recommend using Twila at Hughes Travel for your next vacation!

I had never used a travel agent before when booking a family vacation and with everything going on in the world we didn't think we would have one, but at the last minute we were scrambling to find a place to go in Florida. I had no luck on my own so I tried my luck with my first travel agent and it was amazing. Twila was so helpful without her we wouldn't have found anything. She searched high and low and was able to find us something. She went above and beyond and having it been my first time using an agent I could not have been more pleased. My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Jamaica for our anniversary through Twila. Her professionalism and quick replies made this trip very smooth. There were no questions lingering about our trip, all of the details were worked out, and we had an amazing time! We flew back yesterday and are already planning our next trip with her. Highly recommend
